Pause your game, and then press C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, and C-Right. This will open up the Cheat menu. Press A to open it.

 Man, I remember this game. This is the first game that used to give me massive headaches, as it was my first FPS game... Once I got used to it, loved it. Also knew how to play Mary had a Little Lamb, using the sound board in the options... Memories. :)

 The reason Heretic isn't on the site is because it was a DOS game, this game is the sequel and it was ported from DOS to n64, sega saturn, and psx

 Wonder Why So many 64 games are buggy on this site. I expected the arcade MEMEs to be but the N.64 Stuff? The Arcade games work better than they did in the Arcade sometimes.
