This is a remastered version of the first Final Fantasy. The main goal of the hack is to “modernize” the first game making it coincide with later entries in the series (mainly III) and just in general a more enjoyable experience. The hack better paces the game and fixes a lot of the issues the original had while keeping the difficulty level quite high. This is the definitive version of Final Fantasy and should be experienced by both fans and newcomers of the original NES classic.

I can't find the canoe at Crescent Lake the npc doesn't give it to me.Is that a bug or has it been moved? I beat Lich before hand

I just found out the treasure rooms in cornelia castle and Temple of Fiends are open right away. Check it out, especially if you have a viking
