Wow that really sucks and I am sorry that happens. I had something like that happen to me. A cop pulled me over a bunch of times on my way to school. Never gave me ticket and ended up asking for my number it was weird. He called me after I graduated and left a message asking me out. I never called him.


thing1 : Really? Its comments like that on why the US is the way we are because people want to play the race card and make excuses.

janus : College is worth it depending on what you want to do with your life. Me I hate school absolutely despise it. So I went out found with I really love and went to a technical or career program for dog grooming. My college was six months and I loved every second on it and I now make more and always will make more than some of my friends who went or are in the process of going to school for four years. On top of that I am really happy and love my job. Some random old guy taught me this when I was younger and I have kept these words close to me my entire life. " You never work a day in your life if you love your job." Those  words could not be more true.  So to me its all up to you on if college is worth it or not. Choose a career you love and want to do for the rest of your life and do whatever it takes to get there. Whether it eight years of college or two months of hands on training. Do what you really love, because we only get one life and it needs to be lived to the fullest.

Before I answer everyone I would like to share that I did twenty minutes on the elliptical. Which I was so proud of myself I teared up a little bit. To most people that is nothing but when I first started out I could barely survive ten minutes on that evil machine. I managed to get to ten easily and was thinking well awesome I didn't start to struggle until fifteen then pushed through the last five. My goal is to be able to do an hour but improve by five minutes at a time. 




Light Knight : Thank you. Your post really made me smile. I am not going to lie I got my sorry butt to the gym the first two days because of what they said. But now it is SOO much more than that. I am doing this for me because I want to start loving myself and look at the mirror and be proud of who I am. As for the stretching. I will try that before tomorrows work out. I haven't stretched yet even though I know I should. I will have to google  different ones seeing I haven't done that since I was in high school. I will let you know how it goes.


Vanelan : Really cake?? Maybe not cake but you could make me a chocolate chip cookies. Or even better we can play a game together that involves a character  eating cake. A game that I do not die a lot in would be nice. An thanks for being there so when I am feeling down I will come over and Deedlit and me can cuddle the night away.

My first kiss was awful and scarred me for the rest of my kissing life... Just kidding but it took me a long time to enjoy kissing after that. Kissing became a chore. My first kiss was in 3rd grade to a kid with lips three times the size of mine. That is the day I realized that I was not meant to be with a guy with big lips.  It wasn't until I met my high school sweet heart that I really began to enjoy kissing.

I wish to become a healthy weight over night.

So after my last fail at attempting to make that life style change I decided to try again. This was after four people called me fat in one week. Thank you jerks for the motivation I needed by the way. I want to be able to show people one day how fat I was. Most of all I realized I will end up being the crazy old animal hoarding fat lady. That no one would  want  if I don't take care of myself. I realized a long time ago that this battle with my weight was one I had to do alone. Because at the end of the day if I do not want or do not have the drive to be healthy for myself  no one else can ether.  Anyway so after listening to a lot of people give me their work out stories and how they did things I figured out why I hurt myself the first time. It was because I was working out the same muscles three days in a row. When I said in my first thread I really had no idea what I was doing I wasn't lying. I now split them. Starting with leg day,core day, and arm day. Working out the major parts of my body.  I was told to focus them  first. I also changed my diet. I am doing nutritional drinks for breakfast and lunch with a light snack in between like a protein bar, yogurt, or peanuts.  To be followed by whatever I want for dinner then hit the gym. Now in only four days I have noticed HUGE changes. 

1. I am not starving yet I cut my calorie intake by a lot.

2. I have way more energy.

3. The best part of my day is the gym.

4. I am sore and I like it.

5. I feel great not only mentally but physically.

6. I am already two times stronger than I was four days ago.


Yes I know its only been four days but this is the longest I have ever lasted since I was 17 and it is so refreshing this is how I know I am in it for the long hall that I made it past that three day mark. I will keep you guys updated as my journey progresses.

The River Flows In You. The song has no words but man does it tell a story. I like it when I am really stressed out and just need to relax. Also when my nightmares get really bad it helps me fall back to sleep.

Last night I was good and went to bed at 12. It was really nice because I actually woke up for work at 6 am well rested and ready for my day. 

Yes. Because I have no right to judge anyone. They have the right to be who ever they want and who am I to stop them. I am not God and therefore have no right to pass judgement. Now respect is like everything needs to be earned not given. So as long as they are not doing it for the purpose for attention but because that is who they are than go for it. Be you because that is all you can be.

What do you do for a living and why did you choose said career. I'm a dog groomer and I changed my career choice many times before I choose grooming. I hated my first job and going to school. I needed something different. After taking my dog Leah in for a bath I got curious did some research. The week later I walked into the salon and told the owner I was intrested in grooming and would like to talk to the groomer and volunteer. After my first day I fell in love. Called my parents on my way home and told them. I found what I want to do with my life. I want to be a groomer. Than quit my job after the salon hired me and finished my sedmester in college. Beginning the journey. So? How did you come about finding your dream job?

If your still doing this I challenge you for 2 weeks to meet someone new and have around a 10 minute conversation  with them. Every other day you can switch off between in real life and on the internet.

I think I would be a water type. because most of them are really sweet but they do not take any crap ether. I think that fits me perfectly.

I voted for Google Chrome and Safari. I like Google Chrome on my computer. I like how it runs and looks but I also like safari on my phone.
