hi, hope everyone's doing well.

something i've wondered on and off is whether it could ever be made possible to edit your own threads that were closed in the past?

at the moment i can't remember anything in particular that i would like, die to have removed or edited out, but it would be sort of cool to have that option lol. has this sort of thing ever been considered, and/or would it be possible to implement at any point? requesting that administrators edit multiple specific posts of yours from years ago seems much more tedious and time-consuming than simply having the ability to comb through your own stuff yourself, at your own pace.

i can't really think of how to explain this urge that crops up in my head from time to time other than a general desire for privacy and rectification of some not-so-smart things i may have posted on here when i was younger and uh, less intelligent lmao. just curious about how feasible this is and whether anyone's ever wished for it too, or even thought about making it a thing.

i don't normally enjoy things like this because i prefer to take my time, but i did enter a creative writing competition my school was hosting a couple of times. i don't remember what the exact time limit was, probably somewhere between 1 and 2 hours. we also had to build off of specific prompts. the first year i joined, i won 2nd prize, and next time i actually won 1st!

i don't really play video games that much, but the first thing that comes to mind for me is koloktos from the legend of zelda: skyward sword. i think i've probably replayed that boss fight more than any other boss fight from any other game. just because of how thrilling it was to me lol. the music and everything is just so great too, i love everything about it.

EX Palen : i'm glad you're spending time with your family and girlfriend, and trying to rekindle old friendships. the latter isn't always easy for me personally, so i find it really cool when i see other people do it.

Pacman+Mariofan : glad there's been a spike in your creative side too! it feels pretty great huh? maybe we could even post a bit of our work here sometime. anyway, to answer your question, my animation projects have mostly been related to fire emblem three houses since that's been my favorite video game (and story in general) as of late

sonicmcmuffin : i'm guessing by "oxo cubes" you mean ice cubes ? can't say i lick ice cubes, but i've admittedly enjoyed crunching on some from time to time.

zanderlex : ahh bagels with cream cheese are great. i don't always have them toasted either. that jalapeno bit is definitely new to me though...

Pacman+Mariofan : in my humble opinion eating peanut butter right out of the jar is one of the truest, greatest joys life has to offer

hi pac, it's good to see you again! this is a neat coincidence -- i only started checking back here recently myself. although i suspect this might actually be less of a coincidence and more the fact that so many of us are stuck at home now (i know for certain you and i aren't the only ones returning all of a sudden )

well, for all the bad stuff that's come with this quarantine business i'm glad it's at least bringing some of us together again. in its own weird way.

i hope you've been well, pac, and i hope to see more of you on the board now that you're back!

cid789 : oof, i'm a huge ketchup fan honestly so i can definitely see myself trying something like that in the future...

greenluigi : ah yes, i know how much you love your...plain nido. curse you honestly -- i'm pretty sure it's rubbed off on me despite how much i make fun of you for it LOL. i could def eat pasta without sauce too, or nachos without sauce, or pretty much anything that usually comes with sauce, without sauce. never been much of a sauce person.

no 8120 : wow that is weird. i love peanut butter more than almost anything, but i'm not huge on onions so i'm torn on whether i'd try that or not... maybe i'd use the peanut butter to make try and make onions more appealing to me . also i've never had a frozen waffle but that doesn't bad at all tbh.

hey guys. bit of an odd question this time.

are there any snacks you enjoy that some people might consider...strange? it doesn't have to be something you came up with yourself. maybe it's something a friend or family member of yours often ate, or just an idea you got somewhere else. it could be some weird combo of things that don't usually go together, or maybe a lone food item that isn't usually eaten on its own.

whatever it is, if you think it'd get you some raised eyebrows, then post it here! take pride in your weirdo snack. or maybe you could look through the replies and find a kindred spirit.

i have no idea if this is a thing people typically do, but lately i've kind of been...just, eating corn straight out of the can with a spoon, and it's great. i love it so much and i've come to crave it desperately whenever i'm in the mood for a snack. better than chips at least, right?

greenluigi : yupp there's definitely been a spike in your creative side too, even if you only really show me and my sister lol. honored that i'm one of the people who gets to see it!

Minuano : being introverted definitely helps yeah. still, i get missing the outside to some extent. also experimenting with food/recipes sounds super cool, i've always been interested in messing around with that kind of thing but never really got around to it for some reason.

becerra95 : crocheting doesn't sound easy yeah, i've got a few friends that do it and all i can say is *dang* does it seem complicated. i doubt i would have the patience for it myself honestly. :p

zanderlex : ahh i see. i'm glad you're able to maintain some form of routine at least -- i know having a bit of structure helps me stay grounded personally. also i haven't played the new animal crossing (i assume you're talking about new horizons?) but a lot of people seem really into it so i might give it a try!

legacyme3 : that's cool, i know these past few weeks i've been playing a lot more video games than usual too. it's been a pretty nice distraction and i'm glad it works for you as well. one thing i'm curious about by the way, what exactly counts as an essential worker? i get it probably varies from place to place but i'm curious what jobs are considered essential where you live.

no 8120 : it's really great you're managing to stay positive, and even feel lucky despite everything that's been happening. it can be really hard to feel even remotely grateful in tough times like these, so i definitely admire it when i see it.

hi guys. it has been a while, and i hope you're all doing alright. i probably wouldn't have posted this at all if greenluigi hadn't made a thread of his own a few days ago, so big thanks to him for inspiring me...as he often does, in many respects. :p

i understand the quarantine has been difficult on many people pretty much everywhere. the struggle doesn't discriminate. students, workers, kids, adults, everyone's taking this hard. it might be in different ways but i'm pretty sure it's thrown us all off balance in one way or another, and it's easy to see why.

even for people who aren't officially under quarantine, the constant fear and uncertainty must be a lot to deal with and i'm sure they've seen some changes in their lives too. so my question applies to you too, if you fall under that category.

how are you dealing with the situation? is there anything you've been doing in particular to keep busy, or at least keep calm? are you focusing more on your work or your hobbies? whatever it is you're doing, feel free to talk about it here. i'm curious.

in my case it's been very difficult to focus on my studies, but on the other hand i have noticed a spike in my creative drive as there isn't much else for me to focus on right now. so i've been trying to work more on hobbies i'd grown distant from, like animation and such.

unfortunately it's been difficult for me to keep up with texts from friends and things like that, but i don't regret the times i do make an effort to communicate. voice and video calls definitely helped me feel more grounded when i resisted the urge to shrink away from them.

anyway that's my experience. again, i'm looking forward to hearing everyone else's and i hope you're all doing okay. best wishes from green and i

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
