LordGaldan : You remember the score? That's impressive.

My oldest games are those that are just named for the sport. "Baseball" for Atari 2600 or "Golf" for same system.

Maybe River Raid or Spider Fighter were my oldest games?

I don't know the chronology and I'm too lazy to go back and visit the catalogue but I was playing Atari 2600 games, Intellivision, and Atari 7800 games in the 80s. Those were the first memories I have of any kind of video game.

Oldest game... let's see. I'd say either Galaga, on a PC, Metroid, Super Mario Bros... Those are the oldest I can think of.

I think my oldest I remember would be Pac Man in arcades and stores. For consoles,it would be Combat and Pong for the Atari 2600.

Probably Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES, specifically SMB1. My oldest memory is of me holding a SNES controller aged around 3 or 4.

It's hard to say for a few reasons. First of all, I've been playing games since I was two or three, and I can't really remember much from back then. Then there's the fact that I think it was on the Atari VCS/2600, and those were all so similar that at that age I probably couldn't tell much of a difference, if any.

The earliest game I played when they were still somewhat recent was probably E.T. or maybe Battlezone (Not sure about that one). The oldest I've played period is hard to say because I've played several 2600 games over the past few years, including Asteroids, Space Invaders, Pac-man, Spider-Man, Frogs and Flies, Air Sea Battle, Dragonstomper, Elk Attack, and plenty more.

Oh and of the ones I listed, I highly recommend Dragonstomper, Battlezone, Frogs and Flies, and Elk Attack, probably in that order. The rest range from "meh" to "bleh".

For me probably E.T or Asteroids on this retro Atari system that emulated the Atari games and you would simply pug it in to the tv and pick a game you wanted and play. Man those games where honestly awful... I guess Asteroids wasn't too bad but E.T was just terrible. That game actually almost killed video games. But than Nintendo saved us and we all know how that story goes. But yes E.T and Asteroids lol.

The first game I ever played was probably Super Mario World or any GameBoy Color game. However, the oldest game I have played is Video Olympics (1977), one of the launch titles for the original Atari 2600. My dad still has his Atari and a few games on it. Pretty fun, actually.

The physically oldest game I have played on the actual console is E.T, the notoriously crappy game, or if counting emulators Pong. In terms of the first video game I personally ever played I'm not entirely sure since I was so young at the time and my memory was foggy, probably one of those 1 in 50 game and watch kind of games or some sort of flash game on school computers. Earliest console game would be Pinocchio for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis though which also become the first game I beat.

The first game I played... I think it was possibly Crash Team Racing on the PS1. Or one of the original trilogy of Crash games. (On a side note, I am getting the remastered trilogy once it comes out, so it's like going full circle)

No, wait, I think I remember playing Sonic (not sure which one, possibly 2) at someone else's place before I got my PS1. Not 100% sure on that, though.

Space Invaders in the stand up arcade cabinet. This was probably in the early 80's, I saw it at a convenience store.

My first game was probably Super Mario Bros. or Kung-Fu on NES. The oldest game I've ever played on actual hardware is probably either some random arcade game or something on Coleco Adam, either Dragon's Lair or Buck Rogers.

The first video game I ever played, not counting educational games, was Pac-Man for the NES, which released in 1993 according to IGN. My dad introduced me to a flash version of Pac-Man online but once I started playing games on emulators, I played the NES version.

The oldest video game I ever played was the
arcade version of Pac-Man, which came out in 1980. Before I discovered other classic games, Pac-Man games were all I played.
