Basically, everyone on Earth has one right, no matter what country they live in. Anyone can move to any other country, for free, without restriction. People and groups would form their own countries. There could be all sorts of different political systems, and you could choose which you wanted to live in. You could live in a republic, a democracy, an anarchist country, a fundamentalist country of your religion, a socialist country, a communist country, a fascist one, a monarchy etc.

How does this world sound?

Sounds like WW3, since anything exist that would mean Utopia is real in that world. However, no one can be happy either if people find ways to abuse the system. In reality, the world will not be possible, too many rivals and too many things that can break.
