Help find a way to change a game boy color game Rom (preferably Pokémon) to a game boy advance game Rom (again Pokémon) that way people can finally trade and battle between the two, and don't say it's not possible because I'll find a way to make it possible please and thank you in advance.

I'm just gonna tell you now that it's not going to work. Here are two reasons why this won't work.

1. GBC games are different than a GBA game so converting them won't work.

2. If your thinking of trading between a GBC Pokemon game to a GBA pokemon game, that too won't work either. We do have a rom hacking forum if you want to hack a GBA pokemon game and change it into a GBC pokemon game to do this then go here https://www.vizzed.com/boards/forum.php?id=10

We can't convert GBC to GBA and it work completely like you are wanting. The two game formats are for the most part are coded differently. Even if you did find a way to make it where they can trade to each other you will also have to find a way to make the two pokemon formats compatible with each other. I don't think something like this is possible without the games source code.
Since it is closed source(I believe) you wouldn't be able to do this.

Edit 1. Went to go look at some mostly complete rom hacks that are close to Gen 2 pokemon and the best in my opinion is liquid crystal and shiny gold.
