It doesn't really get cold in California, honestly, so I don't have to do much of anything. Like I might slap on a hoodie or a long sleeved shirt but that's more for comfort than warmth.

When I lived in New England, it was tougher, I'd always have to wear like 80 layers in the winter, and pray that the heater worked that night.

Ultrajeff : Yeah.....I know Canada is a cold place and I do feel sorry for those who live there. Especially when winter comes around its twice the trouble to keep yourself warm. In all honesty I don't think I would survive well if I was to live there myself. And don't worry I make sure to keep very warm during winter times.

Furret : I see. So its the usual casual thing you would do for indoors, and outside as well.

Yuna1000 : Well everyone is different, and you are indeed different yuna. If they want to be surprised they can. Because its not everyone that usually follows suit to do with what to wear in the winter when going outside. So you just do what you like doing best when it comes to wearing your usual things. Nice for the indoor part lol so funny, its because I would do something of that as well. Yeah I have to agree warm soup helps. Sometimes I ask my mother to buy it for me. But, most of the time I tend to eat a lot of hot food, and herbal tea as well so I wouldn't really have soup as much.

legacyme3 : Oh I see that's a good thing. I didn't know much about New England I do know some people live there, I wasn't sure also what type of weather that they have too. So thanks for explaining on that. Is New England weather in winter time close to Canada's one?

Just light yourself on fire and you'll be warm no matter what. Surely there's a chance of you getting burned but at leas you'll be warm. In all seriousness, hot coco and blankets can warm you right up. Hot showers work as well.

Pokemonfan1000 : Its different for everyone somethings work somethings doesn't. I am sure the most favourable things people like to drink in the cold weather is hot coca which is hot chocolate, herbal tea, tea or any types of coffee. For me would be herbal tea I used to like hot chocolate. Well....actually I still do, but I don't really drink it as much as I used too in the past.

I'll probably just wear a thick shirt or a light sweater because it normally doesn't get cold enough for me to wear a jacket or anything. Take now for instance, I'm just wearing a basic TShirt and I'll probably just wear similar clothes for all of November.

zanderlex : Oh I see....thanks for explaining I guess some or most people would do that during this month. I'm amazed with the replies I see here, and how people tackle the cold in a way to keep their body warm, or when it gets to that stage.
