About the tea leaf eggs, my friend decided to show me those because they are popular in Asia where she's from and I said I liked tea and eggs. lol For cooking these eggs, yep, you got it! XD You would soak them with the tea leaves for hours to add flavor to the eggs and then you would discard the tea leaves afterwards (or make something else with them).

Zander's got the right idea. Scrambled with melted cheese on top. Generally something like American or Cheddar is the way to go.

That being said, I love eggs in general. My second favorite would have to be hard boiled. If there's eggs to eat, sign me up!

I usually like my eggs scrambled. I crack them in a cup, add a little milk, add a little vanilla extract, add a pinch of cinnamon then when it is done cooking I put a little bit of maple syrup over my scrambled eggs! It tastes sooooooo good! If I am having toast as well though, I might like my eggs sunny side up or "Dippy" as my niece and I like to call them! Lol

I usually go for scrambled with a piece of toast (no butter). The toast needs to be made on range top instead of a toaster though. I use salt and pepper on the eggs and that's it. Oh also the eggs are either microwaved (so no oil or butter) or cooked on the stove with cooking spray instead of oil.

However I clicked sunny side up because I love those too and no one had voted for them yet.

I like eggs a lot, no matter how they're prepared.

But, I especially like eggs prepared over-medium (slightly runny yolk but NO runny egg-white) so I can dip my toast or English muffin.

My wife makes fantastic scrambled eggs, though, so that's how I eat them most often.

If you were to ask my best buddy about this, though, he'd say he likes his eggs done not at all, as in, don't even crack them for him because he hates eggs. His mom prepared eggs for him every morning for nearly two years; he blames that experience for ruining it for him.
