Pacman+Mariofan : I see. I guess we all get to the point one day that we would stop doing that. Or it might not affect most or some people that way. I mean I guess maybe you liked to listen to things repeatedly and it didn't bother you at the time? It changes for people as time goes on. There will be some who will no longer be able to stand it as they used too in the past. So its really good it only happens like once in a while for you. Its the one thing that is better for you to do nowadays.

Mynamescox44 : Ah that's a very great thing to do. So its good that you do it for a few hours. Yeah I wouldn't imagine those who have a big enough playlist to do that. I choose like certain music's to repeat on. It can be one or a few it depends on what I do about it. Anyways weather it is a new song or not for you to repeat its really good that you do it at least once a day for a few hours. Anyone would find it a bit annoying listening to the same music over and over again. I should try and do what you do. ^-^ 

Eniitan : Yeah, at some point a song can be too old or boring to listen to and then I end up repeating it less or not at all. I like to listen to a good song only once in a while, even if I really like it, so it doesn't feel like it gets old for me and I likely won't have to search for something else.

Yes I do. I have music on repeat like all the time lel. About what type of music it is, it usually jumps around from franchise to franchise. I used to really like having mmx music on repeat, but now that's moved to Undertale... such good music ;-;. If I get tired of a soundtrack or whatever, I don't listen to it for a month or so then I'm no longer tired of it ^^. It takes like hours of repeats for me to get tired of it however so I guess I almost never get tired of any type of music I like XD.

And I also listen to meme music on repeat at times (like user) if I feel that the meme has been done well ;p. Some of them can be rather catchy ^^.

Pacman+Mariofan : Yep that pretty much sum up everything. And that's the truth of it all. I still dunno why I like to repeat things but that's just me. I only go for repeat for most ones I have not like listen to for either in months or in years. So it really depends what my flow goes to do with the repeating. XD

ZeeTee : I can understand why. Listening it once doesn't feel its enough? Then you end up repeating it for god knows how long until you are happy about it. There will be some we get tired of and then move onto something else. Or we will just keep it on what we were hearing before. But you know it depends on how people do their repeating and stuff.

Pacman+Mariofan : Its a great feeling when that happens. And so you feel so happy and energized by the song you haven't hear in such a long long time. XD

When i hear a new song that that just really clicks with me i have a habit of playing it on repeat until i'm happy with how i heard it. I could partially stop paying attention and I'll start it all over just because i may have missed the first few words. Or maybe the chords played are just so catchy i want to hear it again and again.

There's tons of reasons I'll repeat a song and it doesn't get old until maybe a year later then i think "not this song again..." while im listening on shuffle. Then sometimes i might skip it ;p

Cap'n : That's understandable I mean people will tend to do that. And flip it to something else and listen to that music for a while until they get tired of that music too and flip it to something else.

My mother absolutely hates it when I repeat songs on a loop, but it actually ends up helping me get a song that is stuck in my head, out of my head. And even then, I just find it better to litsen to one song other than I mix. I mean, I do soooometimes litsen to a mix of 800+ songs that I have on a playlist, but I mostly end up playing a certain song that I have in my head over and over. Such as last night, I had music from the Danganronpa game on repeat until I fell asleep.

Yup, I tend to repeat the same music over and over again. I never get tired of music, and I also take it as a medicine for me. Whenever I'm in a bad mood, old French songs are here to rescue me~. I always expand my imagination when I listen to video game music :3

Yes, I tend to repeat once or twice the songs that I favor on my iTunes playlist. They are my favorite for a reason, after all. But I do not play them forever; I do not want to get tired of them.

Fyredove : People are different remember that. There will be those who like it and those who dislike it so as long as you like it that's all that matters really.

janus : Cool that's fine people don't need to repeat it more than twice since some do and some don't. There will be people who do repeat it but not to the point that it would be over and over again.

I usually find like two songs or sound tracks that I like and then I repeat them so much that I grow bored of them a few days later.

I then move on to two other songs / sound tracks, and once in a while I go back to some old ones. 


My knowledge on songs is limited so I just pick a few each time.

Yes. When I come across a song I really like, I tend to put it on replay over and over again for days. I do that with a lot of songs I like over the years, and I am doing it again right now too xP

Ha, this is a problem I have. If I find a song I like, I keep playing it for like several days and then I get sick of it and don't like it anymore. Recently, I made a huge playlist, but I mean I just skip half the songs because they're not as good lol. I need to find away to balance it out better, so I don't get tired of listening to the same songs over and over again.

Furret : That's a nice way to repeat songs and the right way to do it. But, you know people might like to repeat more of it until they get bored of it, and then move on to another to listen too.

I wouldn't unlike it anymore it will just take me time to come back and re listen to the song. I do know it will take a long time before I end up remembering the song again. XD

Sometimes I leave songs going while I'm asleep I managed to listen to a VGM song for 9.5 hours once (Cammy's theme SSF2 SNES Japan)

I use music for training and for timing so I have the same couple of songlists depending on what kind of work I'm doing.

I use them only when I'm at the gym so it's not like I'm repeating them everyday, just five days per week.

And if you count turning on the radio to Top 40 and hearing the same music over and over, I replay songs like that as well. I only listen to sports talk on my way home when a few personalities are on. Otherwise, it's music to and from work every day.
