Definitely Food Poisoning, My dad under cooked some burgers and I hated it so much as I felt horrible and vomited so hard I began vomiting stomach acid. When I woke up feeling better I honestly thanked god for being healthy again and I hope to never have that happen to me again.

While I'm not fully healthy because I have an incurable disease, I've had very few other issues with my health. Just a few colds and headaches over the years, but nothing too extreme. Of course, I may not remember some episodes of my childhood, but still I don't think I had many health issues. If I had to pick the worst, I'd go with a mysterious virus I contracted twice, which I like to call "Dream of a summer night".

Some years ago, during the summer, there was one night I couldn't sleep, and when sunrise was approaching I started to tremble heavily. I needed like a handful of paracetamol doses to stop trembling and fall asleep. I then woke up all of a sudden, sweating like if I just melted down, and I couldn't even walk out of my room without feeling overly dizzy. I did go to the hospital once I could stand up and walk, but they couldn't find what caused such chaos. Surely atop the worst days of my life, specially if I don't know what the hell happened to me.

Like I said, I experienced this two times, because the following year, again by summer, this "virus" returned. This time I was more prepared, so I immediately filled myself with paracetamol to stop the trembling, get a change of clothes after my "meltdown" and get something to eat right besides me to re-energize my body. It worked, and by night-time I was doing mostly fine.

The following years I still had this "virus" etched in my memory, and those summer nights I couldn't sleep I immediately thought about the possibility of it coming back for a visit. Luckily, that second time was the last one, and since I've been reducing my medication lately (my medication puts my immune system on standby, putting me at risk on high doses) it's unlikely it will appear again. I now don't even think about it, it's just a thing of the past, though I'll always be curious to know what really caused this sickness and specially at that timing.

The worst sickness I ever had was when I had an allergic reaction to a daily medication that I was taking but instead of hives, it shut down my immune system and began eating away at my yellow bone marrow which then released a bunch of baby red and white blood cells that were unable to survive because they were not mature. My liver swelled from all the dying red blood cells and my blood turned pink because the amount of red blood cells in my blood was so low it lost the rich red color we normally associate with blood.

I did not even know that kind of crap could happen until it happened to me. I was so grateful to the hematologist who discovered it. I went to many doctors about why I was so sick. Especially wanted an answer to why my friends got colds but I was practically at death door every time I got a sniffle because the regular disease would take advantage of the fact that my immune system was not working. They would take blood and look at it and say "yep the white blood cells are there" only the hematologist looked at what type of white blood cells they were and discovered that they were not mature white blood cells...so the baby white blood cells were immediately wiped out the moment I came in contact with anything...so basically I had no immune system.

Either food poisoning or love, I'm not sure which is actually worse.

One kept me incapacitated for a day, so I couldn't do anything, the other has left me a shell on many occasions, but I could still function, more or less as a human being.

Decisions decisions.

Well, it's between two things. I've had both bronchitis and the stomach flu. Suffering a bout of bronchitis right now, sadly. It's just only starting, but all of my family has it, and it sucks.

I don't know that I've ever have actually ever really been sick. When my allergies act up, my throat gets really dry, and I cough for a few months.
I guess when I get by a spider and I had to get my neck cut open to drain the bite? I might have been pale or something.

Worst sickness I've ever had is asthma when I was 11 years old. This disease was caused by the condition of the air in my country. I hardly could even breathe when I got the sickness. After going to the clinic to get a letter so I could go to the hospital, I stayed there for a week. It was one of the most boring weeks I've ever had.

But when I'm writing this, I'm suffering a stomach ache for the last 3 days. It starts aching every time i eat something. I think this is more worst than asthma O-o .

The worst sickness I have ever suffered was back in early 1999 (I was a young bab at the time), I got sick at school (I was in Kindergarten at the time), and my parents though that it was normal nausea and though things would of cleared up by the following day, but things got worse day by day, and if I remember, being sick for like 3 consecutive days, my parents took me to the ER to figure out on what's happened and I had a really bad stomach infection that could of killed me for my age at the time, but the doctors have managed to got rid of the infection, but It took me months recovered and it caused me to lose almost half of the school year (which caused me to repeat Kindergarten again for 1999/2000, due to missing half of the school year due to almost dying).

Other than that, I hadn't had any sickness that was major, other than a few minor sickness such as food poisoning or a cold.

I caught a horrible stomach virus on my trip to New York about three to four years ago. Basically disabled me from doing much, or I'd have to take frequent trips to the restroom. It practically ruined the trip for me, and it's sort of why I have a negative stigma of New York. I do wish to go back one day, and hopefully I'll change my opinion to a more positive one.

Funny enough, I'm pretty sure I have another stomach virus right now. It's not nearly as bad though. At least I don't have to use the bathroom every fifteen minutes lol.

I actually just got over the adult version of Croup and I have to say it was the worst sickness I've ever gotten, I was down for 3 weeks. I would wake up with my lungs on fire, my eyes would drain and harden thus preventing me to see, so I had to wash my face almost all the time or sleep with a hot towel on my eyes preventing them from closing. I was bleeding through my nose with tons of snot. That's not even the bulk of it but it was horrible.
