Well I live in Sweden, one would think it's extremely cold here but in the southernmost part where I live the climate is actually closer to that of central Europe. Probably the strangest thing I can remember was when I was in grade school, it was the beginning of autumn and the sun was out every day, then one day it just starts snowing like crazy. Up until that point we had more or less had summer weather so it was particularly strange especially since the sun was up while it was snowing.

Another is more or less weather during the winter here nowadays. When I was younger I remember it usually starting to snow within the first days of december, now we regularly go through December and most if not all of January without any snow. I remember days in december the past few years when it was 20 degrees celsius a few days before christmas which is basically summer weather here. While not unusual compared to some other places in the world, it's definitely ridiculous in my opinion considering the location.
