If I could, I would gladly donate some money to this site, but unfortunately I do not think what I have to offer will be enough. Actually, there was a time when I thought about donating, but I changed my mind upon realizing that it wasn't refundable. It was a shame. Aside from posting around the board everyday, I really wanted to help out in some way. Even if it was something as little as maybe 10 or 20$.

I would definitely donate money to Vizzed to help this site out. Unfortunately, I don't have any money. My main priority right now is to get a job to earn money. Maybe when I have enough, I would donate $30 dollars a month when I have the chance. As of right now that's not gonna happen. It probably will someday.

Yep, I already donated a ton so far, nearly $1000 in total and I plan on donating some this year.

I'm in the same boat as Crimson, I'm currently unemployed with not a dollar to spare. As things are, hopefully that will change in the next week or so, but once the funds are there, I would gladly give $10 or $25 a month depending on what I can spare. Given the content of the site and what is offered, it's surprising that the site isn't pay to play as it stands, and I will gladly contribute to keeping it that way as soon as I am able. Hopefully this thread will shine some light on the fact that contributions are a big part of what has made the site what it is, and can keep it this way, if not better.  I don't think many people see it, but on the board page it shows that the site fee's are $1500+ a month, and people are giving less than $350 every month as a whole. If only a few more people would pitch in a mere $10 a month, Davideo could cover the costs of the site, and use what's left towards expanding the site and adding more features that we the user's would like to see. Hopefully as many as possible will help a little more and keep this site growing in the direction we want it to. Also, why would donations be refunded? They used to cover bandwidth and hosting costs...

I donate any spares I got to Vizzed, I was planning to donate at least $10 every month, though looking at the things I'm planning to buy (Like certain parts for my custom computer), it would be unlikely. But I can see myself at one point just donating the site despite what I'm trying to buy.

Final Weapon : Every little bit adds up. $10 might not seem like it helps out a lot but there have been situations where I was unable to pay for site related things and all I needed was between $10 and $25.

A donation isn't a purchase, it's basically an act of kindness so it doesn't make sense to need a refund. It'd be like if someone bought you a present for your birthday out of the kindness of their heart and then weeks later demanded that you give it back.

If everyone had the mentality of just donating $10, that'd be a lot of money. Let's say that every user who actively posted in the past 30 days donated $10 (which is 383), that'd be $3,830 and that kind of money could really go far for the site.

The donations have been really low over the past 6 months. Just a year ago the donations probably averaged around $500 - $750 but lately over the past few months they've only bee around $200 - $300 which just doesn't give me the budget to do the things I'd like to do which includes more RGR Plugin updates.

I'm only 15 and I have no job. My family is constantly going through a financial crisis. Luckily, since I have Asperger's, I get extra money payed to us, the family, by the state. But my mom uses that for therapy and stuff. So the most I would get is about 10 dollars for a trip or something.

I plan on getting a job at Game Stop at the end of the year, since I'll be 16 then, which is the minimum age requirement. Once I have the money to spare, of course I'll donate to Vizzed. I've been wanting to for a long while now, but I never have the money. All I have in my wallet are a bunch of coins.

As mostly everyone that has replied, I currently have no job. With a bit of luck, tomorrow should start my university's program to help students get a job, and while I cannot guarantee anything (it's very hard to get a job around here) at least I'll try my best to get my own income and effectively have some spare money to donate here.

Until that day comes, I will still dedicate as much time as I can to the site and contribute as much as I can to make up for it.

I have loads of money to my name- years of odd jobs and monetary gifts from distant family members. However, I don't have a credit card or anything I can use to donate yet- and I won't until I'm 18.

So until I "grow up", I probably won't be donating though I definitely want to and probably will at some point down the line.

Hey man, any little bit helps out the site. Although I do understand that money is tight, we appreciate anything that can be given to help the cause. All money donated goes towards adding cool content to the site. Really, if people want new content, they should really consider donating.

I have full intentions of Donating to this website. I greatly enjoy the content that Davideo7 and Staff has put out/on Vizzed, as well as the community of fellow video game lovers on this wonderful website. I specifically enjoy the quality of the friendly atmosphere, as well as quality emulators and the ability people have to display their own versions of the games we all know and love freely. Granted, at this moment, I have a lot of things in real life I must attend to, but, I have all every intention to donate at least 10$ from my tax return, whenever they decide to give it to me.

I really want to, but money is really tight, but my taxes will be here soon, and I would love to. I would like to do anything I could do to help make vizzed even better.

I've donated a total of $55 to the site, and I've been trying to work up some extra money to make a few more donations.

XiandelTV : UGH. Don't mention taxes around me, I hate them and they suck. I never had to pay any yet but I'm terrified of them. If I actually had to pay taxes, I don't think I would have been able to donate as much to the site as I had because I probably would have had to put up hundreds if not a thousand dollars towards taxes.

Yes, I would, if I could. However, I'm unemployed and am trying to focus on my high school courses in order to graduate early. Besides that, I don't have anything to transfer my physical cash into digital money. Mailing the money is possibly the worst way to go, since my family and I have had our mail and packages stolen multiple times. If I'm still on here in about 6 months, I'll probably be able to donate. I'll be in college by then, and will have a job of my own.

I kinda feel bad about the fact that I haven't donated money yet. I've considered it in the past, but I've never actually gotten around to doing it. Maybe I'll make a donation in the next few days.

I recently donated $20, the first of many donations. My current plan is to donate between $10-20 a paycheck, which ends up being between $20-40 per month. So yes, I would/will donate.

As many people have already said, I'm extremely confused as to how anything with the word 'refund' in it would have a bearing on a donation. Could you explain why you could possibly want a refund, or why that would keep you from donating?

Zander,your taxes are based on your income,where you work,where you live,and your number of deductions. Most of us here would only have to do a 1040EZ and a state income form,and you can get them done for free during tax season.
