Mostly because I've heard so many good things about them and I wanted to try them out for myself since I found them, they were kind of expensive though. I think it was an iPhone charger for this iPhone I found.

The last thing that I bought in person was a couple books that I bought today from Strand, one of the best bookstores I know. I bought 2 books from the 39 Clues series. I bought the 11th and final book of the first series, Vesper Rising, and the most recent book, the 4th and final book of the 4th series, which actually just came out a few days ago on Tuesday. The last thing I brought in person was well charging the gas for the house. Like really going up to a local shop and put in 20 pounds on the gas card and leaving for home. The last thing that I bought in person was a DVD when I was at Walmart today along with a couple other things. Early in the morning I went with a few people that I live with to Walmart over in the next "town/city" over, and spent about an hour there buying all sorts of things. The movie that I bought was Jack reacher, I have always been a pretty big fan of the book and always wanted to see the movie and now was my chance because I found the movie in a bin of movies that all costed only $3.74 so I bought that as well as a few cans of Kickstart and a few big bags of chips.

The last item I purchased was an X-ACTO Mighty Mite electric pencil sharpener. I was in need of an electric pencil sharpener because sharpening a pencil manually can be irksome at times. Unfortunately for me, the electric pencil sharpener I bought doesn't work at all, so it will have to be returned sometime this week.


Along with the pencil sharpener, I also bought a planner journal to manage my time and keep track of due dates for homework assignments better...at least I don't have to return it...

   I walk to the groceries store down the street from my house every day or every other day usually. Yesterday I went to the grocery store to buy dinner for myself and for my mother.

   For myself I bought a couple nice pieces of white meat chicken breast (which I never ended up cooking and have to cook tonight) and a large box of minute rice, the white kind. I also bought the ingredients for the sauce that I make with my General Tao chicken. 

   For my mother I bought a hot pre made chicken with some fries and gravy as she was not in the mood to do any cooking herself last night.

I ended up using the last of the money on my gift card, so I'll most likely resort to buying the rest of the series through Amazon. The prices are better and it is more convenient. I may swing by the book story every now and then since it is right next door to where I work, but I don't think I'll do anything more than browse since the price for a single book is outrageously overpriced.

  Come to think of it, I actually did make a purchase last evening. I used cash. Just a twenty dollar bill covered the balance. I was desiring entry to a dance hall where swing lessons were offered before a wonderful evening of free range dancing with various partners.

 I forked over my double sawbuck and I was permitted ten plus two dollars change. Then the old fart waved me through.

 It was tough to try my feet at swing dancing after so long a while away but I began to enjoy it after the  " free range "  segment kicked off. Loads of partners had helpful advice to get me going. I had kind compliments to give in return about their dancing and various qualities that I picked up from chatting with them as we moved. It was a pretty fine night. The weather may have turned to rain and bombed down quite heavily on the drive home, of course.

I would be excited if there were a way to buy gasoline for my vehicle and I didn't have to do it in person. It's one of the few chores I really don't like. My wife gets gas most of the time but I have been making an effort to participate and keep the tanks full on both our trucks.

I bought gas today so I can drive to my job and back. It's a once a week thing and I stop at a few different stations based on when that little light pops up.

I went to Lowe's with my wife and two kids. We picked up 100 lbs of sand for the sand box our kids play in. We also got a new single sink for the kitchen. We bought a new house and the old sink is the double that has two compartments, neither big enough to soak pans or really wash things. We got a nice sink fixture to go with it and we managed to sneak in nails so we could put up pictures throughout the house.

Finally, I got some propane too. I'm an outdoor grill type person and the propane is the second best way to go. I'd rather cook on charcoal but my kids don't have the patience just yet to enjoy that method.

Depends on the year. I always love flagship Topps, though I don't like the inserts this year except for the 87's. I love Gypsy Queen ever since last year, and I like Bowman Draft.

I never go for the other sets like Allen and Ginter, Donruss, Diamond Kings, etc. However, some of the cards I bought on this trip were from DK and Donruss because I was able to pick and choose inserts, which I'll most likely trade.

There's only a few sets that I really super collect, and I also got into digital cards.

I actually can't wait for this years Topps Bunt to come out, I love some of the designs.

That would be the laptop I'm currently using, it was very good for the price of $90 and I've since made it better by giving it an SSD and 8GB of RAM as well as a 12 Cell Battery. That with it being hyper-threaded it is probably the best laptop I have ever owned to date.
