Today was interesting when it came to food. My cousin was supposed to cook dinner tonight (not even a lot, it was just me and her) but she ended up ditching me to hang with her friends. She didn't even tell me until I texted her first asking where she went. 

At this point it was like 9:30 PM so I was understandably a little annoyed and pretty hungry. I just took everything I could find (potatoes, carrots, bacon, eggs, etc.) and made a monster omelette. Like, I threw every ingredient I could find in our fridge in there. I had no expectations of it tasting good but I was too lazy to cook up a whole meal all for myself that late at night.

Ended up tasting a lot better than expected! I put a little too much bacon in there, I would've liked a little more carrot instead, but overall I was pleasantly surprised.

The last thing I ate was a sandwich from Subway. I got an Italian herbs and cheese foot long with pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. It was ok, but nothing compared to a good Long Island deli obviously.

The last thing I ate was 6 slices of bacon and a bowl of broccoli. That was my dinner.

Last night I ate mashed potatoes with a meatball and some cauliflower! :3

Apologies for the back to back posts but it's been a few days since.

Last night I had a friend over and we felt like ordering pizza. Now I usually get one of like 3 or 4 kinds of pizza from this particular pizza joint but we noticed they had something new on the menu so we decided to order it. The description mentioned BBQ, Chicken, among some other stuff but it felt like the meat to other toppings ratio was quite low so we ordered extra meat along with it. Pizza gets delivered and it was honestly pretty good.

Sidenote - While it tasted good, it was honestly way too expensive compared to the other pizzas on their menu. Which I assume is because they feel like they can profit off a new product from their regular customers.


Then today I ate the leftovers from the pizza boxes forgetting that I still had to eat dinner. I don't know how that happened but I was busy with something and I saw the pizza and my mind went blank. Then for dinner I had like some pasta and I honestly forgot the rest because I couldn't eat a lot of it.

It's in the fridge though :3

The last thing I ate was a turkey BLT, only without the tomatoes, since I hate tomatoes. I also had some original flavored Pringles to go with it. Good stuff.

The last thing I ate was Darkside Skittles. I ate a few as a late night snack.

Today I had some beef alongside green beans and potatoes.

Oh and gravy. Lots and lots of gravy. I think I've mentioned before how I have a huge gravy addiction, and I basically drown my plate in it if I'm in the mood sometimes.

As a kid I was always conscious about the way people perceived the amount of gravy I'd put on stuff, as well as the fact that I sometimes just mash all my food into a big messy pile so I can just eat it without having to bother cutting it. Sounds pretty weird describing it but I promise it's not as weird as it seems. At least I know that in the Netherlands it's somewhat cultural so I like to expand that and tell people it's a European thing.

The last thing I ate was popcorn. I had some for a snack tonight.

I had nasi goreng today, also known as fried rice. A pretty simple dish really, just put some extra veggies, chicken and an egg in it and it was absolutely delicious.

Good news is that you can make so much of it at once that you have enough for two more days

Right now I'm having lunch in between shifts which consists of chips, soda, and a cupcake. All organic.

Today we kept it simple because nobody was in the mood to really cook much. Just a burger along with some fries and raw veggies to go along with it.

I wouldn't say I'm really that proud of it but it was still tasty, although a little unhealthy. Every now and then it doesn't hurt right.

The last thing I ate was America Mix Skittles. They were made for Independence Day with red white and blue colors. I love the flavors they added for those. These are definitely my favorite new Skittles flavor in years!

Ate the same thing from like two weeks ago, mashed potatoes with cauliflower and a meatball.

Except this time I didn't prepare it and the meat was of a different kind, but it still tasted great.

The last thing I ate was Combos, cashews, and honey roasted peanuts. I had a mix of stuff for a snack tonight.

I had a combination of my last two meals, as in I just ate leftovers. A burger along with mashed potatoes and some cauliflower

It was a weird combination but hey if all the food tastes great so does the combo I say

So for dinner today I ate a nice rare steak along with fries and a mixture of raw cucumber slices and carrot slices. Nothing fancy except the steak that was magnificently cooked and seasoned. I'm actually not that much of a steak guy, which always shocks people but eh, but every now and then I can find myself really in the mood to eat some steak.

Also rare steak is the best steak, get outta here with that well done stuff that you can barely chew.

I had a pretty big 2 part breakfast on my way to work a few hours ago. I stopped by Dunkin Donuts and had 2 wake up wraps, a large iced coffee, and a donut. Then I stopped by 711 for an Arizona and a bag of chips.

The last thing I ate was Mega Stuf Oreos. They're absolutely amazing! I need to find a way to try the Most Stuf Oreos next.
