Today I had mashed potatoes, green beans and some sort of fish for dinner. I'll be honest I have zero knowledge of fish dishes so unless it's a salmon I will probably never recognize what kind of fish I'm eating.

I'm not a big fan of cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. I'll just cook whatever is in the fridge. 90% of cooking is looking at pans and stuff so I don't get the hype, it's pretty boring in my eyes.

I ate some kind of pork meat for dinner, along with potatoes and broccoli.

I don't know what the meat was exactly, I'll have to ask my dad, but it was amazingly tasty and juicy at the same time, just the way I like my meat. Not really a fan of the chewier kinds of meat, where it takes forever to chew down one bite.

The last thing I ate was the leftover Shrimp Scampi with angel hair pasta I didn't finish for dinner at Olive Garden earlier today. Even though I limited myself to only one served of salad and a single breadstick, I felt fairly full before my food came out and was only able to finish half of it. Maybe it's because I'd only been up for a short amount of time before eating and my stomach wasn't fully awake yet. I dunno.

Today for dinner I heated up some rice that we still had and then decided to throw in leftover broccoli from yesterday as well as some small meatballs I ended up picking up at the grocery store this morning.

It was a really odd combination but with this heat I don't really care enough to try and cook this perfect meal. Just anything will do to be honest haha. I eat super late as well when it's hot (like 10 PM) so I didn't want to stay in the kitchen for too long.

The last thing I ate was a simple BLT sandwich, minus the tomatoes since I hate them. I made my BLT a double decker since I was quite hungry and it turned out pretty good. Once I live on my own, I hope to be able to freely cook and experiment with different foods to see what meals I can prepare. I can already make simple meals on my own, but I'd like to eventually be able to do more beyond that.
