is there no 6 button control set up for sega? cause i remember sega releasing a 6 button controllers. did that not roll over when it came time to wmulation? cause all i have showing is the original 3 button set up.

Yes, it still exists. But for that you need to use the Gens emulator. There you can choose the 6-button controller and adjust it to your liking (it does not work on Mednafen)
