If the start button is the only button that works, then yes you double click the game screen and the window should look like this.

The close game button is really nice but I'd also like to see an open game button. It isn't necessary but it would be nice.

So, uh is anyone else having trouble doing anything that involves using the keyboard in the games that now have the RGR? By keyboard I mean anything that isn't the function buttons (Letter keys, space bar, arrow keys, number keys above the letter board.) Its strange, I played super mario rpg, and when I tried to move, it wouldnt't let me, so I created the arrow keys in game with the following: tab, left s***, control, and alt keys and they moved fine. I don't know if its just my laptop or what, but I am going to test it out on one of the other computers in my house, my laptop has all the newest things as far as I know. Would someone be willing to help me figure out my dilemma on my laptop?

Edit: By the way, you rock Davideo
Edit: Just attempted Super Mario RPG on my velocity micro computer that is all up to spec as well with IE and windows, everything is running fine, all the controls work. N64 works well too, first zelda is a little laggy. GBA works good too, so I assume its my laptop for some reason. does anyone have any suggestions?

All I see in the control panel are things about RPG makers and site navigation, nothing saying programs.

If you can't find the uninstall there then you may also find it in Start > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room.
Basically the same but in the start menu. If that still doesn't work then please specify your Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7). I probably won't be able to help you at that point because I found mine on Windows 7 start menu. If you have Windows 7 then great, it's most likely right on the Start menu.

The admin (Davideo7) had to work really hard to get not the n64, not the 32x, not the GBA, but all three of these systems out on the RGR on late February 1st. He had to release a beta on very early February 2nd. Sure it's a shame we can't play Doubutsu no Mori, Conker's Bad Fur Day, or many other hits but the full version (v1) is on its way and is scheduled for late this month. It is most likely subject to change, but please be patient. There are many games that work and I've given all the help I could give to those that are having problems running it.

I'm not any form of RGR Staff or any form of administrator, so the best help we can give Davideo7 is to be patient until v1. Betas are meant to act screwy at times.

Be more specific and I might be able to help. Do you already have a previous version of the plugin installed? if so, it says on the thread that you have to uninstall the old one first. The uninstall application is found in
Start > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Uninstall
After that try installing it again.

Maybe I've missed it, and if so: my apologies, but is there a way to turn off the sound of the retro game room? Or is there a control list somewhere that says what key's do what? Thanks for any info.

When you open the emulator, there is, on every one, a list of controls at the bottom. Turning off sound can be done on GB and GBC games by right clicking the screen, going to options on the Vizzed AEP emulator (JavaBoy has the option in the main drop-down bar when you double-click), and selecting "sound". As for the others, I haven't tried turning the sound off, I'll let you know if I figure out a way to.
