A soap opera that has lasted over 27 years and yet continues to have an almost worldwide success, I'm talking about "The Bold and Beautiful" I saw that there are various European televisions that broadcast in their language, I remember seeing the first few episodes to my grandmother's house in the 80's, I remember how the young Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss, where a year ago has been replaced by German Thorsten Kaye) met Brook Logan (the Beautiful Khaterine Kelly Lang), family adventures Forrester and their fashion house, stories involving other characters more or less pleasant (as the last Quinn Fuller, the crazy but beautiful mother of Wyatt Fuller / Spencer), not to mention Liam Spencer poor knight who has long chased the love Hope Logan, daughter of Brooke Logan and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).

I look at it because it always pleases everyone in the house, first by his grandparents and then also here with my wife, it does not last very a bet and because of that it remains in suspense and with great curiosity expects the episode tomorrow.

Maybe not the look, but you have certainly heard about it, I can for sure that it is a transmission where success and fame of these actors is remarkable, for example, the founder of the family Forrester "Forrester Erik" starring John McCoock is really good .

My final rating for this soap from 1 to 10 is 9 and a half! I could put 10 if I was an actor of this soap! LOL

I hate it! In my country they canceled all the cool tv-shows (like Star Trek) to show this crap instead. And I was stupid enough to think "oh well, they cant show this filth forever" and it is still on. May the people who created it rot in hell!

But do not think that during the day do not broadcast the TV series that like them, adapt them to share in general and preferences, also I like the science fiction television series and action movies, but this soap is transmitted in a the afternoon and not disturbing at all, in the evening there are all the TV series the most beautiful.

Soap Operas aren't everyone's cup of tea, but 27 years? That's successful in my book.

I don't really like soap operas, never watched a complete episode (only watched about 2 minutes at most with my ex-girlfriend years ago), they annoy me.

tRIUNE : From what I read in various articles most soaps on the air (Young and the Restless, Guiding Light) have been on the air for longer than I've been alive. I guess they have been able to renew themselves enough to remain popular even though the original audience (housewives) has changed quite a bit!

Hell, they've even modernized by having gay characters.

Imagine if a TV series like Stargate or Knight Rider lasted as this soap, which of you watch almost indefinitely the adventures of space travelers or machine that speaks?

To respond to those who said that the actors are changing and now appear as gay, well, yes, they are right ... I do not like the last Ridge as stated and that sense of true gay ... no obvious injuries.

But one thing there is to say, the new young actresses are very attractive!

The one who plays Ivy Forrester is the child who was in the Sleep Power Club (series young Disney Channel), years ago ... the girl is making inroads.

In theory a saying says "When in Rome as the Romans do" also work schedules and meals may be different, I watch this soap because I'm close to my partner who then prepares and goes to work (even if only works three hours per day, fortunately working ...), the rest are hit by these special episodes affecting the lives of the poor "missions", a good gesture and honorable to say the least, it would take these initiatives also in Italy (but Italian actors think more than anything else to their reputation).
