This thread has a few things that are useful for any steam user. Everyone should have a use for at least one of these websites. If anyone has another that can be added please let me know!


First of are bundle websites. These websites sell bundles which include multiple steam games for a low price! Humble Bundle normally has the best bundles, but there might be something you like in the other two sites.

These websites also sell games individually at a lower price than steam. You should check these sites before buying through steam.

Steam Gifts lets users enter giveaways with points that they get. I'm pretty sure you get points overtime so it doesn't hurt to check back every often.

The next tool I have is steam.tools. This website gives a lot of useful information. It lets you browse all emoticons and backgrounds, find prices on steam trading card sets, make mosaticons, and find the value of your inventory. This is a good website if you are ever looking for cards, emotes, or backgrounds.

The next few are for people who like to trade.
Steam card exchange lets you trade cards with it's bot. The bot has a ton of cards and you can trade your cards to it. This is going to be the cheapest way to trade cards unless you find someone to trade 1:1 or 2:3. Most traders only trade one of their cards for two of yours. Dispenser.tf is a good website for getting cheap games. Like SCE this website has a bot that holds games and you can trade keys or other items to it for games that you want. Real people give the bot the games and decide what they want in return. The best deal I've gotten was Mirror's Edge, a $20 game, for only $2.49! The only downside to this is that keys take a week before they are tradeable.

If you don't see anything you want on dispenser.tf then you can go on reddit or Traders Guild to trade. There are tons of people who have a lot of games and will trade them for keys. With these two places you might have people trying to scam you. I recommend using mods as middlemen and double checking your email trade confirmations. If what you want isn't in the trade then make sure you don't accept the trade.
Traders Guild also posts when a new bundle comes out and when a game is free.

If you'd rather buy games than bundles or trading then this website will help you get the same on sale. You can find out when a certain game goes on sale and for how much. You can also use this website to find out how much your steam account is worth.

And lastly, I have the easiest way to get steam trading cards. There is a program called Steam Idle Master that idles for your games and gives you cards. You don't even need to have the game installed to get card drops! You only need the game to be in your library and this program! I've been using it while making this thread and got a few cards already. You can get card drops and play another game at the same time with this tool. It uses almost none of my ram and cpu to have this program active.

Wow, thank you for listing all of these tools! I hope to use at least the Idle Master, so I can at least get all of the card drops from my games. 

Is there any other site that shows the time, price and value of your collection, I know steamdb.info does, but I would want to see if there is another place to do it.
