You may be a little surprised to know that 2 out of 5 gamers are infact girls. I never learned the statistics for individual systems, but I'd say most of those girls usually play the Wii.. I personally only one female that plays on the PS3 and another in my unit that has an Xbox.

I dont think i've ever seen anyone "swing their bodies around" while playing a game. I might stomp around and complain when the game cheats (when i lose LOL). No swinging though.

So 1 out of 4 boys have long hair also known as Crono.

When I race my sister(RockStarKitten) in who could get farther in a certain game.Most of the time Legend of Zelda games.She'll come out of nowhere and all you hear is "Help!I'm stuck!" man that's annoying.Over every single obstacle.

Most probably have Wii's for a console and I'm willing to be most probably rarely play games outside of Guitar Hero, certain Wii titles and anything considered to be a party game. In fact, one even liked to play Resident Evil 4 and complete a game of Balder's Gate Dark Alliance with me.

exactly (ever heard of a tom boy?) and im not saying all girls who play games are tom boys, and i have seen girls play games and have never seen one do that. There are girls that i think could pawn everyone in this thread (no offense to everyone, im not saying ur bad i am saying they are that good). It kind of reminds me of the stereotype of a woman driver, people think they don't know what they are doing and all that but its just a stereotype and is no where near true (to be fair i also know an adult woman who almosted wrecked texting on a phone which is really stupid).

Nowadays more and more girls are becoming gamers, and a lot of them are better than guys. A friend of mine plays FPS better than anyone else I know, she beats me and all of my guy friends, as well as most people online. Sure some girls play games goofy, but they're probably being ditzy on purpose and aren't really getting into the game.
