those are not flames they are questions.

But I do agree that staff being able to delete comments might be nice but I don't think regular members need to have that power.

Dude, the whole point is for people to say what they think about you. Why would you be able to delete them?
I don't know what was said earlier (but I can kinda guess) because there doesn't seem to be a view all button.
But if you really want a comment deleted, just PM JigSaw or Dave (Not sure if anyone else can delete them).
Also you really need to take things like that a lot less seriously. They're obviously trying to have a bit of a joke with you.
