This picked this one up for PS2 as a bargain. Supposedly, it was one of the scariest games of all time, back in 2003. Played it for a while, and I really don't think it's that scary. It basically has the same formula as Doom 1 and Doom 2 where there's tons of ammo, armour and health packs behind every corner. I personally rarely ever got in a cinch, like being low on health or ammo.

What are/were your thoughts on Doom 3?

I'm scared of nothing that is fake. Since I was 7 years old I was not scared of any movie or game. I watched Halloween (2009) at the age of 9. And I had absolutely no problems with it. 



I find it kind of bullcrap to be scared about something like that. I have played doom 3 It was not scary at all imo.

imamonster: You don't get scared when playing horror games? Man, that's the best thing about horror games, being a little scared, I mean. Games in which you feel helpless that it keeps you on your toes at all times like over-the-top action games just can't replicate. A horror game should scare me, that's what a horror game is all about.
