While I love MY little pony this game left a lot to be desired. Let's start with an over all run down of the game. So you play as gen 3 rarity who from what I can tell maybe just got her cutie mark? The game plays her off to be as this really young dizzy adhd child pony. Some other fan favorites make an appearance but like with rarity they are a gen 3 pony. So the story goes you play as rarity and you have to make the first rainbow of the year. But because rarity is played off as a child she doesn't listen and ends up getting lost. Basic plot. On to graphics, well for a gba game I guess they are ok. Maybe it was just how it renders on the emulator but it comes across almost fuzzy. On top of that there is WAY to much pink. Every screen had something pink in from a house to color of the walls. For a game about rainbows I would think they would have used more color choices. The sound was ok. It seem to be the same song on loop. After a while I turned it off cause it just got boring. It was not very addictive. The only reason I would ever play this game again was if every other pony game in the world disappeared. This game is so simple that you could beat it without ever reading what they are saying. It took me less then an hour to beat the whole game. The story was ok. Nothing wrong with it itself however it didn't match up very well with what most kids together see as my little pony. Children (or adults) who have no idea about the gen 3 ponies will be confused with it. It in no way follows the cannon that is now accepted. Depth None at all. As I said you could beat this in under an hour without reading. The map is tiny and where you can go is limited to a straight narrow path. Difficulty is again not there. This game was either meant for a 2 year old or nintendo just wasn't trying. Maybe Even if this was meant for someone of a really young age, they could play it without even knowing what they are doing. The game came down to three basic buttons, the a button, and the left and right arrow keys. For some mini games you used the up and down keys but really it was kept to the three basic keys. Overall it was ok. Not worth a replay.

Nice review. I liked how you worded this one. Also a good amount of details.
