The full restore can be used to heal anything. A lot more useful than several burn heals, antidotes and awakenings. I surely like it. Although I'm not sure, some Elite Four Members in Crystal used it to heal their Pokémon.

The rare candy is great to train weak and under leveled Pokémon, but there are too few of them to be very useful. I don't like it that much.

The quick ball can be quite useful especially if you need to catch a Pokemon real quick without weakening it. The less turns that there are, the better chance of capturing a Pokemon. Who wouldn't want to save money and pokeballs especially on a long journey?

I like the Focus Band because you have a 10% chance of surviving a hit with 1 HP.
