My Vegeta/Cell layout, Yeah, i am using the same code as my crash layout, That had some summon glitches and, Text was hard to read, And I did not want the code to be wasted, So here it is

And then Vegeta lets Cell get Android 18, whilist Vegeta is hurting Trunks as Trunks is trying to not let it happen.
Cell is still not the best villain.
That being said, tomorrow I'm creating a HD Majin Buu layout.

If you're wondering: yes, I created the 32x32 heart pixel art. lol, actually it's 2 changes. Gonna add some lightning

I have been waiting to make this layout for a while cause I actually just got back on the Anime and this layout made me feel better. Hope it works out fine

deg, I'm glad it makes you feel better, and it's really well done. The only suggestion I would make are to find a higher quality picture (that being said, it's not bad), and perhaps separate the quote into another line.  

I guess I'd rate it, overall, a 3/5.

You might have accidentally disabled it.

1. Make sure that "Signatures and Post Headers" are set to enabled.
2. Make sure that "Thread layout" is set to regular.
3. Make sure that under "Blocked layouts" your own username isn't listed.
