I currently weigh 175-179. I have put on about 50 pounds in the late two years. I am working out again and everything so hopefully I will be back down, probably not to 120 (I looked sick, and half dead) but hopefully something close to that. That is what happens when you get have kids and a wife, you get fat and old (well I am not really fat or old but I feel it).

Then minus ten percent.

I have a bit of a gut but not all my weight is fat. I guess I could loose a few pounds but I am pretty happy like this. Also guys, you should take your height into consideration.

Oh yea. Kilos into pounds is easy also. Reversing my prior process works, or multiplying kilos by 2.2 will bring the same result. But really, as long as we're happy with our bodies, who cares what anyone else thinks.

But on the more serious side, I weighed myself yesterday and I'm 130 pounds (59 kg) at 5'11. According to a BMI calculator using exact birth date, height, weight, and parents' height... I'm slightly on the lower half of the "Healthy Weight" percentile. So that means I have very healthy weight for my age and height, but I'm still sort of thin.

It might just be coincidence that I have basically the exact same stats as the user above.

I'm not keeping up with my exercise as rigorously as before, so I'm at about 133 lb at 5'11. I stayed in the mid-120s most of last fall's cross-country season.
