Have I ever seen a celebrity? Well, if concerts count, then yes. I've seen Taylor Swift, Avril Lavigne, Carrie Underwood, Evanescence and Good Charlotte. For Avril, I bought backstage passes once, so I actually got to meet her backstage, albeit very briefly. I guess if you want to include WWE wrestler's in the celebrity category, then I could include all the wrestlers I've seen in the 8 show's I've attended.
I've also met a few celebrities at comic con meet and greets: James Marsters, Edge, Christian, Chris Jericho, Orli Shoshan. In March I'll be going to meet Jericho again, Shawn Michaels and Nicholas Brendon from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
As for just randomly seeing celebs, it hasn't happened often. My friends and myself seen Chantal Kreviazuk ( a local singer ) at Safeway once and we talked to her. She was really kind. And I seen Shannon Doherty once at a gas station while on my way to school. I was a huge fan of Charmed at the time ( a show she was on ), so I was freaking out. I remember telling my friends I seen her and they didn't believe me, then we had the radio on in class and the guy who worked at the gas station phoned hot 103 and told him she was there buying chips and a drink. Shut my friends up. lol
I forgot...two years ago at comic con my Aunt dragged me over to talk to Ethan Philips who played Neelix on Star Trek Voyager. He was super nice and really sweet. And a few years before that, Robert Picardo who played the Doctor on Voyager was a guest at the Pop Culture Expo. Me and brother got there a little before opening and my brother walked in before me. I came in and someone behind me held the door open and said something like "I'll get that for you." I turned around to say thank you and it Robert. Really cool moment that I'll never forget.
