Majority of users probably value their Viz though, probably like 95%. Now each user of course values the Viz differently, some really value it and some just have it and don't care about it but would never give it away freely anyway.

Good luck finding someone to give you free Viz though, maybe if you give a good reason why they should give you your viz, you'd have better luck. For example, say what you'd spend the Viz on.

You could always donate $10 for the SNES emulator and get 10,000 Viz which is enough to buy the laptop item in item shop. Other then that you will have to work hard to get it cause I'm not sure anyone is going to send you 9000 Viz

Maybe we should develop a new item called a Vizzed Loan, which would have interest for each day that passes. Say you borrow 10,000 viz, the amount you would have to pay back would increase 50 + Viz per day and would automatically be taken out of your account. And until you get your Viz above negative you won't be able to spend Viz on anything else. Also other things could come into play, maybe only offer it to people with good credit
