In your opinion,what was the longest (or hardest) Seymour battle you ever had with him in Final Fantasy X?
Mine was the second one considering each time I tried to attack,it failed and I ended up beaten in 3 turns. ):

Considering that,can someone help me with this because lately it's hard to get through him while both him and that thing in front of him attack with the same spell.

The most difficult time i had with him was on Mount Gagazet.
And i agree with Serian. This shouldn't be THAT hard, but it will be very annoying.
If your having trouble with him, you'll stand no chance against Yunalesca, let alone getting through Sin to kill...the 'final' boss.

i did not finish the whole game (inside sin was a b*** with messed up advanced board. yes it was EU version). i only remember the Seymour with stone hair and the one in which he is very big in mount gagazette. were there any others? any way, i think out of those two first was worse cuz i had really bad luck, but with the second i was very lucky.

Lets see.....Human Seymour~Guadosalam-Guado Palace,Seymour Natus~Bevelle,Seymour Flux~Mt.Gagazet,then Seymour Omnis~Inside Sin. (Last one is easy with only Tidus,Auron,and Rikku,if Rikku has more than 40 M.Defense and Tidus has equal or more than Auron's Str [higher than 60 by Auron and Tidus going into each other's sphere grid areas],and Rikku can mix Hyper NulAll and Quartet of 9.)

The only Seymour battle I found hard was Gagazet, but overall I got through all of them without too much trouble or reloading.

If you're really having trouble (applies to anyone here), GameFAQs has some really good walkthroughs for these fights.

I never found him especially hard, but Flux did give me some problems at first. I tried about 5 times to beat him, but I never really had much luck. Keep in mind I was pretty far along the grid at that point, with Lulu knowing all the -aga spells and such. I finally decided to just get all my aeons in drive form and spam him over and over with them until I could finish him off easily. Yeah, he has that move that kills them in one hit, but you can get an overdrive in before he does. Pretty cheap, I know, but you do what works right?

I found all the battles with not only Seymour but all the bosses fairly easy,but then again i also leveled everyone really high to make sure i could get everything i wanted on the sphere grids

Flux is definitely the toughest in X though. If Seymour has more than one or two actions back to back, you're effectively dead. And keeping everyone properly healed of the status effects, etc, can be a huge pain.

Learning that he was affected by Poison helped loads though. I've always just acted on the assumption that I shouldn't bother with status effects on bosses, since they're always immune to virtually everything. Made me feel stupid after fighting Zombie-Evrae instead of Phoenix Downing 'em, that's for sure.

I found all the Seymour battles incredibly easy, I don't know what the fuss is. On gagazet, you should be able to knock out his helper before he gets another turn, and then he wastes every turn resurrecting it with his own life.
