Right now I am actually looking up info on the movie The Gambler. I saw it today and its a bit confusing In terms of money and I kind of wanted to see if someone took the time already to go through all of the math of the movie.

I just got home with my new humidifier. My sinuses have been so unbearably dried lately that there were times I thought my face might crack open from my mouth to brow.

Later I plan on cuddling up with my new found love and whispering sweet nothings into its rotating mist vent.

...I know what I can add that he didn't address - nutrition. Our bodies need a lot of nutrients to endure those types of work outs. When I looked into a similar program about a year ago, I remember that it came with a menu to help plan meals. That menu wasn't just to keep calories low, it was also to provide you with the protein and carbohydrates to help you get the most from the routine and keep your energy up.

If yours didn't come with a menu or you think it may be too difficult to get ingredients or prepare for those meals, at least try eating one of those protein/workout/meal replacement bars available at your local convenience/grocery store every 2 or 3 days.

The one that I eat is the MET-RX BIG100. It has 28 grams of protein and although it's 380 calories it has almost 50% of your daily vitamins in it. Also, remember that with strength training you're converting fat to muscle... I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't be too afraid of those calories unless your simply dieting without exercise, which doesn't really work anyway.

I was just Streaming Metroid Fusion. I will be streaming later today, hopefully. I am also getting Lunch ready and listening to Spotify.

Right now I am preparing foe the morning. I need to fill out an application to work at 7-11, I need to get some papers done to get accepted into college, need to get a few photos ready, and I need all of this done for today.

I'm currently trying to get 6,000 posts before I start working on my homework load, today is my 2 year anniversary on vizzed, and I would really just like to make it to 6,000 posts once and for all just so I can cross it off of my to-do list. After that, I am probably going to take a short nap and then get what I have to get done for the day. Thanks to the 'snow' days, I didn't get the opportunity to go to my teachers to finish my make up assignments, so now I am stuck doing it all at home. I just want this week to be over with... 

I'm just catching up on some of my sites since I haven't had a lot of computer time lately and going over some paper work from my doctor. Then I'm going to get dinner started for tonight. 

Right now I am on my way to the movies. I'm going to see Unbroken and I am finally going to renew my AMC Stubs card after 5 months.

Well I'm just eating, watching youtube and posting on the vizzed boards.

I'm playing Worms 3 on my Tablet right now. It's fun to do, but that is something secondary. I have been posting on vizzed and checking Facebook and stuff like that. A typical Sunday for me.
