The thread title is pretty straight forward... If I have to clarify any further you are stupid, please leave the internet. Thank you.

My answer: Megaman X. I wanted to enjoy it, I really did. I guess that's why I played through the whole game... Megaman has a loyal fan following, this is why I played the game in the first place. How could a game with such a fanbase NOT be fun?

I really don't know. The game is a pretty cool concept, I'll admit. You play as a character that is part man and part mech. A better name for the game would have been mecha man, or mega mecha, or manic machinima yiddish addition. Anyone? Anyone? Moving on...

I just don't enjoy the gameplay, I find it very repetitive and not in a pleasurable way. I think the concept is cool as I stated above, and the ability to use your enemies abilities after defeating them is pretty neat. If only the gameplay wasn't so stale and boring.

I am probably going to get flamed for my response, but that's okay. Feel free to flame my answer, just make sure to include your answer. We all have different tastes.

I remember when I was really young, and I had Pokémon Pinball Ruby and Sapphire. It seemed fun back then, but honestly, looking back on it, it was really boring, and I did not enjoy my replay of the game. I remembered I played it when I was younger, so I wanted to reminisce. I was disappointed.

SuperLuigiBros : Probably Super Mario 64 DS. It was nothing compared to the original game. The graphics were stingy, the audio was also stingy, the 100% reward was terrible...

SuperLuigiBros : A pretty good thread to start. Now since you mention Mega Man X, and me being one of the major Mega Man fans, I have no problem with you not liking it and I'm not here to flame you. Honestly everyone has their own tastes for stuff and people see things differently. I give you credit for playing through the full thing and being honest. And I have to agree, the concept of Mega Man X is amazing!

Anyways! The game that I played and had the least fun with...was sadly Skyrim. It was a game with a lot of hype in tow and a lot of new things and I was excited for it. I played through the whole thing and had fun at first but after awhile..Its hard to say what happened but it started losing that flashy no coat of paint, some new mechanics, and a new story. Part of me wants to say the environment jump from Oblivion to Skyrim partly did it. I have to say though, to me personally the main story in Oblivion turned out to be pretty awesome. But for whatever reason the main story in Skyrim felt like a letdown to me. It was a lot of hype and small results. Alduin was pretty easy to take down with all the stuff I got and not much else was an obstacle but using shouts to bring him down. If anyone might get flamed, it might be me since there are so many Skyrim fans but that regardless, I stand by what I say. Skyrim was fun at first but quickly lost it more than half way through. :/

I'm going to have to say Super Mario Bros. Now, don't get me wrong, its a classic game. It just get repetitive when that toad just tells you that you have to go to another castle. Not fun at all. I am probably contradicting myself, but it was not fun at all.

TreasurePlanet23 : Are you serious? The reason you don't like SMB is because Toad keeps telling you the princess is in another castle?

That's like disliking Donkey Kong 64 because of the DK rap.

SuperLuigiBros : What I was trying to say is that I like the newer 3D Mario games such as Super Mario 64, Mario Galaxy, etc. Those games have more variety and are more appealing to me. Sorry for leaving that out, as well as sandwich posting. If you wish to continue to talk about this, then comment on my profile! Although you did point out my faults and I thank you for letting me know! Thanks!

Between Megaman X, Sonic Advance 2, Tony Hawk Underground, and Donkey Kong 64.

Megaman X I loved how they set it all up but the playthrough was just not as good as I was hoping it would be. I did enjoy it until everything became very repetitive. By the end I was just happy it was over and I could add it to my list of games I beat.

Sonic Advance 2 was a lot of fun but I just did not like the constant dying just because of the level being annoying. Like I would try to jump and I would literally just make it onto the ledge and all the sudden it would make my character still fall to their deaths....

TH Underground was just incredibly easy once I figured out the controls. I literally beat it within 4 hours and that was completing every mission that was given to me and skipping the dialogue cut scenes. I did enjoy it to a point, but that point was actually until I got used to it....

Donkey Kong 64. Just a game where again you play it as a child and want to go back and play and realize just how bad it was. I really did enjoy it as a kid but I have to say as an adult (20 years old) the fun factor just disappeared out of thin air.

You had me at Mega Man X, then you lost me at DK64.

That game is awesome, in fact I am a huge fan of nearly all of Rare's work post-Microsoft.

Honestly, Pokemon Yellow. Before I get flamed, I wanna say I love Gen 1, but they have aged so poorly, and the mechanics are outdated and easily exploitable. Grinding takes FOREVER, and the level spike midgame requires literally 4 hours of grinding.

In my gaming heydays it was "Legendary".  Probably the most boring and worst game ever made.

SheLikesCloth :

that's funny. you say it's outdated, i think it's charming and nostalgic. i played fire red, and half way through wish i just played normal ol' red or yellow. i guess that's the crazy little thing with videogames. 1 video game that has been spread out to millions, has a million different experiences.

For me, I'll have to say Sonic Riders.

I don't like racing much, and it was too short and easy for my taste.

I would say either Sonic Riders Zero Gravity for it's repetitiveness, and all around un-fun-ness.  Or Super Mario 64 DS because it was a okay at best port of the original, only more tedious.

I wonder what the character limit on this thing is.

This one was just recently: 3D Adventures of World-Runner

I almost quit playing all Nintendo games because of this game...

Second is probably Ninja Gaiden III. Perhaps I had too high expectations because 1 and 2 were great.

Out of every game I've completed, the least fun game was New Super Mario Bros. I was desperate to get all of the star coins and it was very stressful and frustrating for me. I still don't have all of the star coins and I don't play that game any more.

I have recently completed New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and although I liked the gameplay, world bosses and levels...it just didn't feel like a real Mario game for me. Does anyone else feel the same?
