Last night I went to sleep at 12:30 AM or so. While some people will say it's late, in reality it's awfully early for me, mainly because I went to sleep earlier than my parents and that always feels extremely odd.

I apparently took a heavy hit with yesterday's medication, due to lacking a bit of sleep and such I felt drowsy all day. Not even a slight dose of caffeine, which on normal days makes me stay awake longer, could change that.

I will go back to my usual schedule today given how I've caught up. Not sure if that's good or bad, because maybe I should get used to an earlier time to call it a day.

I'm afraid it ended up being 8 AM yesterday. I'm not proud of it but I tend to lose track of time the later into the night, or morning I guess we go. Once it starts getting light outside from like 5 AM onwards it's all the same to me.

Today it's looking like 6 AM maybe? So like in half an hour if everything goes well. We'll see though.

I ended up staying awake all night yesterday. After I ran a few errands in the afternoon, I immediately came home and crashed for about 3 hours. I've been getting poor sleep this entire week, but I'm feeling pretty drowsy right now, so I'll definitely be going to sleep at a normal hour tonight.

It was past 7 AM when I called it a day yesterday.

I ultimately couldn't stay awake throughout the entire race at Iowa, so after the first third of the race I decided it was a nice checkpoint I could start from tomorrow.

It's been a long while since I went to bed after sunrise. I'll try my best so it doesn't happen again, because it totally throws off my sleep schedule, but I can't promise anything.

I plan to do the same tonight, mainly because I plan to get up early to go to Gamestop to pick up my copy of Fire Emblem: Three Houses and then spend the rest of the day playing the game at a friend's house. The bottom line is that I want to be energized for all the fun I'm going to have tomorrow.

I think I went to bed around like 8 AM yesterday which has been an improvement compared to some of the more recent days. It might've been 8:30 but I know for a fact it was before 9.

I don't need a ton of sleep if I can make up for it like once every 3 or 4 days. I can still go multiple days on like 4 hours of sleep.

It was a sad 10 AM story for me yet again. Hopefully the last of many for the near future, too many of those can't be good for your health.

I'm fighting against a cold, so I'm sleeping more than usual through the day and that doesn't allow me to go to sleep any earlier. Besides, I have more trouble sleeping through the night due to the lower temperatures screwing me off.

I think I'm 95% done with the cold starting today, so let's see if I can pass the day without naps and that can allow me to somewhat recover my past sleep schedule as we enter September.
