I actually turned in relatively early last night (at least compared to the other times I've been going to bed this week), I finally turned in at about 1 AM or so. After I take some notes for my psychology class, I plan on going to bed tonight at an earlier hour as well...I'd like to finally break this habit of going to bed at 4,5, and sometimes 6 AM...it's slowly killing me...

I actually turned in rather early than usual. Going to school really burnt me out for the day and I actually went to bed around 12 AM after posting last night. Was a good night's sleep, which felt like a pretty neat change of pace for me to ruin later on this week, I'm sure of it.

Past 5 AM, yet here I am. I'm switching the computer off because I'll go to watch TV, some action happening in Asia. I may have a nap between sessions, but only after everything's said and done I'll truly go to sleep (after having breakfast, of course xD).

I just hope it doesn't become a trend, not only for the rest of things I may have to do during the day. The same sport I'm going to watch now has some action the next couple of weekends in Asia and Australia, so the timing would be like today or even earlier.

Believe it or not, I managed to continue my chain of going to bed early last night as well. While I originally intended to go to bed at 1 AM last night, I ended up going to bed at around 1:45 AM instead, which is still a huge 3-4 improvement from some of the ridiculous times I've been going to bed for the past few months now. It would be great if I could continue this trend until going to bed early becomes routine. Wishful thinking? Perhaps. I'll see...

Last night it ended up being way past 8 AM, and tonight it's going to be near that as well. Just checked the schedule and in some 3 hours I'll already be in front of the TV to witness some heated action.

Now to see how I'll go back to my usual sleep time. Thankfully I can bear with some disorder, but on the long run it can prove to be far from productive.

I went to bed at 2 AM last night. For whatever reason, I found it difficult to get comfortable and fall asleep, so I ended up waking from sleep several different times throughout the night. I had to wake up at 9, so even with ~7 hours of broken sleep, I still woke up feeling like I'd been hit by a bus.

I'm going to try to go to bed at about the same again tonight in the hopes that it won't be a repeat of last night.

I fell asleep at about four in the afternoon yesterday. I had just gotten back from doing a charity 5k with my best friend and I figured I would lay down and have just a little nap. I slept until midnight when I got hungry, so I got up, looked at my clock, freaked out, then was like "oh well" got something to eat and went back to bed. Regretfully I was STILL tired the next day.

I'll be having a nap in a few minutes so I can resist the MotoGP races coming up, but I should really go to sleep at 8 AM. Kind the overnight weekends I'm having, though luckily is not affecting my usual schedule during the week.

It's not as bad since it's the weekend, but I don't want to let bad habits persist for reasons like that. On the plus side, I'll have to get up early tomorrow which will force me to go to bed early again tonight.

I might stay up a bit later tonight since I don't have classes tomorrow, but nothing ridiculously late...my body just can't handle going to bed at 5-6 AM and going through the entire day on 3-4 hours of sleep.

I ended up going to bed at 4:30 AM. I was busy doing online math homework and creating a rough draft for an essay that is due a week from now. I was so exhausted in the morning, I nearly fell asleep during my first two classes. 4 hours of sleep isn't optimal for anything...

I don't have school tomorrow though, so I'll definitely be sleeping in.
