I initially went to bed at about 9:00 or so because I was pretty tired, then I woke up at 11:00 for some reason, then I couldn't fall back asleep so I played some smash bros, went back to bed at 12:00 and then I woke up at 4 and 5 in the morning again. Overall I had a horrible night of broken up sleep and I woke up feeling very un-rested. I really hope this doesn't happen again tonight because I have to get up early for school tomorrow at 6 in the morning.

I slept from 12:45p-1:30p yesterday instead of having lunch.

I stayed up to watch Windtalkers, the Nicholas Cage movie based on actual events. Good stuff. I love Adam Beach. So, I went to bed around 4:20 A.M. Then I woke up at 6 A.M. and played some Resident Evil 5. I don't sleep much.

Last night, I stayed up all night playing Call of Duty Ghosts with about 6 or 7 of my other friends. We get together every Saturday and play Hardcore Kill Confirmed. I never really liked that game mode before I started playing with these guys a couple years ago. Multiplayer games are a lot more fun to play online if you have a whole bunch of friends...there's no doubt about that!

I think we all finally went to bed at like 3:00am ET. Me and a couple of my local buddies play with some friends who just moved to Denver, so it was more like midnight their time. It was a late one, we usually don't stay up that late playing but it was one of those nights where everyone just lost track of the time.

5 a.m. again. Couldn't sleep.  Tried to go earlier,  but I just laid and stared at the ceiling, which got old really fast. So got back up and worked on some stuff I needed to do for the computer. Listened to a couple of ASMR videos to try and get myself un-jittery enough to sleep. Worked for a bit, I guess. Went to bed at 5 and woke up again at 7. So yay. Couple hours of sleep. Guarantee that's not making things worse, noo.

Since I have to get up at 5am in the morning to go to work, I usually aim to get to bed by 10pm or maybe a little later. Yesterday, everything worked out well and I was able to get in bed by 10pm which is good. The bad thing about it is that I got up this morning around 2am ( which is WAY too early ) and I could not go back to sleep. I just got off rotating from nights to days about 2 weeks ago so this is normal, but I still wish that I could get at least 7 hours of sleep when I can. Unfortunately, when my body says it's time to wake up, then it's time to wake up... even if that means only getting 4 hours of sleep
