Last night I was able to go to bed at about 10 PM. Without home internet, I have no reason to stay up late, so I was able to get a good nights sleep. Aside for Friday when I went to the baseball game, this could have been just the 3rd time all month I went to sleep before 1 AM.

I went to bed at 11:20 or so last night and I didn't stay up and mess around or play games on my 3ds like I usually do before going to bed. This past week I have been doing my absolute best to get in the habit of going to bed earlier, or else I will feel like a zombie when I get up for school tomorrow. 

The funny thing is, no matter what time I go to bed, I still wake up feeling un-rested...I could sleep for 18 hours and wake up and feel like I was run over by a train.... I'll try going to bed even earlier tonight, maybe 10:00- 10:30 or so.

Hopefully I am not overloaded with stuff to do this week and I can start going to bed earlier and getting the minimum 8 hours of sleep required (which I rarely think anyone gets during school days anymore)....I really hope they come up with some new system where school starts an hour or two later, that way everyone is more refreshed an active throughout the day, because honestly, who enjoys waking up at 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning?
