Alright I always vote on my forums so here it goes.  kefka wins.  dancing mad 3 times as long as one winged angle kefka has six wings sephiroth has one wing spehiroth tries to destroy world kefka does destroy the world. Sephiroth killed one or 2 people kefka killed thousand including all the espers and became god. So yeah kefka wins
