So our adventure begins with a young woman named Arania Daschian, a peasant girl who had lived the entirety of her life, all eighteen years of it, in a small village of a fairly large human kingdom. Arania was so often described as "average": average height, average body frame, average length hair, average physical attributes; the near epitome of what the high-class might call "mediocrity". Her other features consisted of medium-length black hair, blue-grey eyes, soft facial features, and a pale complexion. She had read and heard many stories of great heroes, fair princesses, and evil villains, so naturally she was filled with wanderlust and her ideas of becoming one of the great heroes of legends never ceased. What surprised her the most though was how there was never, in any of the stories she heard or read, a bard who was a hero. She knew that throughout history, bards had passed the stories of heroes down from culture to culture, accentuating each poignant sword stroke or spell blast of heroes with appropriate accompanying chords from their instruments and voice, but surely it must be impossible to believe that none of those bards ever had the desire to sing their own song? Thus, she dreamed of become a hero of legend like those of stories. Even as a young girl Arania sang, whether while performing some feat of manual labor or while engaging in relaxation, she always sang. Whenever bards would pass through the village for the evening on their travels, she would implore the bards to teach her their ways, both in song and instrument, so she had become fairly adept in an array of instruments, her favorite being the flute. All was well in her average life in this average village, when one day...

doomnuggets : I think this is a dupe, but first off, summoning the Locals twice is useless, and also I lost the link to the other thread. MAN! At this time, I lose the link to the original post.
