Oh boy oh boy oh boy!

FFVI's Relm Arrowny. She's got the highest base Magic stat of any mage I know. Great for offensive and curative magics.
FFV's Bartz Klauser. His Freelancer class is amazing. Give him anything you want, in terms of traditional classes, and he's got you covered.
FFX's Wakka. His power and long-ranged attacks makes him a very good choice for back-row Defense and Offense.
FFVIII's Zell Dincht. Because you can't get a better hot-dog-lovin', martial-artsin' comedy relief.

I personally would like to just have four Lightnings from XIII - is that possible? then you could set up each of them differently.
