So the title explains itself, I am curious to see what position most people sleep in, I usually sleep on my side or sometimes on my back which a lot of people find hard to fall asleep on but I do it just fine.

Most of the time I fall asleep on my side and I may turn to my other side. I t takes me a while to get comfortable sometimes but I go to sleep afterward most of the time on one of my sides.

So, which position do you fall asleep in?

Well, for me, I most of the time sleep on my stomach. Sometimes I sleep on my sides too but I mostly sleep on my stomach though. . . lol.

mohammedroxx3 : wow really? I was debating on putting that there but I thought that some people would do it. I wasn't expecting it to get the first vote, but cool. Yeah everyone is different. My brother sleeps in a ball, my dad sleeps on his back or side like me and my friend said he sleeps in like a curled up fetal position. 


That is cool to see that it got the first vote. I have never slept that way haha and if I tried I would probably get no sleep.

I tend to sleep on my side. With my back problems, i can not sleep on my back; it hurts to much. And then you have on my stomach... I can rarely do that; the bed has to be just right.

That is why I wake up feeling so tired and un rested every day so I am going to try to go to bed earlier to avoid this. I have never fallen off the bed and I would feel it because I have a closet right nest to my bed haha. But yeah, I might fall asleep at 1 or 2 in the morning.

Let me just say that I heard before that its actually bad for you to sleep on your stomach. I pretty sleep in any position except for that I guess. I have also heard that sleeping on your back is the best way to sleep because it prevents neck pain and back pain. They only bad thing about sleeping on your back this that snoring is more frequent. And you should use a puffiest as you can pillow because that also will keep your head and neck supported without propping your head up too much.

Yeah I know, sleeping on your back is hard for me and sometimes I can't sleep like that some nights, it is best for growth if you sleep on your back and I usually elevate my head and feet when I sleep like that. I sleep on my side a lot too, I just find it more comfortable that way

No matter what bed it is, always my stomach. I have a habit of waking up in fetal position, with blankets and sheets every where. I toss    and turn a lot, it takes me like 6 hours to get comfortable and go to sleep properly.

DittoDude44 : yeah, it is pretty much the same way with me, I will toss and turn for x number of hours before I can funally get comfortable and fall asleep. Plus, my room gets really hot at night in the summer, even with ac and a fan I am still burning up. But most of the times I will wake up laying on my side. Sometimes in the fetal position.
