Well I'd have to double check on this, but last time I pulled it out it was in pretty good shape. The case has a small crack across the front, from being knelled on, but the game wasn't inside of it at the time. Mind you it's a PS1 game, the cases where those cheep plastic CD cases.

The game has spent a majority of it's life either inside it's case or one of those protective carry disk holders. So it should still work, with out problem. If you want, I'll dig it out and snap a few picture of it and send them to you and then you can decide if you want it or not.

It is the 3.5 Version of this game, which adds game play for NFL Gameday 97 and Rally Cross that were only available as videos in the original version. If it does, then I would be willing to send you this game for any amount of Viz.
