When I go to the board icon, I get a notification that says YourMajestyKen: has made a comment on your profile. When I click on the notification, it takes me to one of my threads. It has like 3 replies, and when I go to the notification, and it goes to the thread. It shows it has no replies. When I edit my post and scroll down, the posts are visible.

Perhaps your internet connection is slow?
This hasn't happened to me so I doubt it would be a bug in the system.
Maybe try re-logging, if that does not work then you should ask a  Global or something.
