Do you believe in Calvinism (that God had elected people to be saved and that people have no free will) or in Arminianism (that people decide their salvation with free will) or somewhere in between/Molinism?

mrfe : Well, I would have been able to witness more outside of Vizzed. Everywhere is an opportunity to share the gospel. The problem is that I don't get out much recently and I'm still not as familiar with where I live. So I hope that I can interact more people, that I would be able to witness to different people.

gmx0 : I am a Calvinist. Specifically, I would consider myself a 4.5 Calvinist instead of a 5 Point Calvinist. I believe that Jesus both for the whole world and technically to the elect, but it's not really an established belief yet. I am without a doubt a Calvinist though, because compared to Arminianism, I believe that it takes the whole Bible into consideration with less risk of being picky with verses.

I also would like to correct you that Calvinists DO believe in free will. They believe that we are free to do any action in our lives without being forced. However, the reason why we are predestined to be saved is because in our sinful corrupt state, we won't willfully come to Christ on our own. Only through God's call and predestination that one would want to come to Christ.

I know you've been super busy as of late, thanks to starting a career as a teacher.  What has been one of your biggest challenges so far? Your funniest moment?  What's your favorite part about teaching right now?

Singelli :  The biggest challenge is probably to prepare lessons on a day to day basis instead of having them prepared weeks before. Since I was hired 2 weeks before school started and teaching 5 classes, I don't have that luxury to be extra prepared. The funniest moments would probably be when I was mistaken to be a student instead of a teacher. My favorite part is definitely being able to interact with the kids. They are great kids with different interests, and to be able to open their minds in the world of physics is a great feeling.

I would like to ask what prophet (or prophets) in the Bible do you look up to the most, and why? 

I have been learning a lot about the different prophets of the Bible at church,some major and very well known to the ones usually over-looked at a quick glance; I am curious to what other people's thoughts are regarding prophets of the Bible.

Sidewinder : Man, this one is tough. I would have to pick Elijah for his firm stance against an evil King Ahab from his own kind, even to the point of life and death, but Daniel, Samuel, and Jeremiah are close seconds.

play4fun : Do you enjoy cold weather or hot weather? I have to stay constantly cooled off or normal because I hate HOT weather or being hot in general.. I sleep with a fan every night even in the coldest of winter.

play4fun : Are you against any religions? Have you ever read the entire Bible? How would you react if another human being decided to offend Christianity? How would you compare the two religions of Christianity and Muslimanity? Are you patriotic towards our country of the United States of America?

Bintsy : I am definitely a cold person. I can tolerate the cold, but I can't stand the heat. When I ran cross country as a high schooler, I am fine with running in cold weather as long as I did a good amount of warm ups. However, when it comes to extremely hot weather, I suffer through it with the glaring sun and my feet would overheat. Of course, I said I can tolerate it, doesn't mean that I can live in extreme cold.

sonicbros : I don't believe He has. One of the firm beliefs that I have is that truth would be able to defend itself and I don't need to help defend it. When there is a time when I have some struggle in my faith and what I believe, there is always an answer that is convincing and reasonable and it actually strengthens my faith even more because I actually went through and struggled through it, because the answers would be revealed more clearly in front of me.

DenzGamer135 : If I believe that Christianity is true, then anything that contradict Christianity is false. So I am not against other religions in a sense that I will fight them and force them to believe in Christianity like some of the mistakes some so called Christians did in the past, but I do acknowledge and firmly believe that they believe in a false god (or no god) and that they are deceiving themselves or suppressing the truth, or they do not actually look through and think about what they belief to determine if what they believe is true or not.

I have read the entire Bible, but it wasn't all the way straight through. That is what I hope to do this year, to just have the discipline to just spend some time every night to read through the Bible in order within one year instead of jumping around over a couple of years.

It really depends on how the other person "offends" Christianity. If they do that because they are ignorant, meaning that they don't even know what they are talking about, then I can easily reason with them about it. If they are people who just don't care about the truth, it's best that I ignore them, because it would be a waste of time. I don't offended if they just don't understand and if they have an actually heart to understand, but if they are one of those people who just unreasonably mocks, or in internet terms, trolls, then they are people who are just not worth your time to deal with, and you know, they are worse off that way, because they have no maturity to even think about serious things like this, about God, about truth.

Christianity and Islam, by tradition, come from the same Abrahamic ancestry, but they do not believe in the same God, even though they call upon the same name of God. The biggest difference is that Muslims do not believe that Jesus is God, that Jesus is divine and is the savior to all mankind, and that is when their lack of understanding of the Bible appears, because there are some who think that this belief was added in the church, when the Bible itself recorded Jesus' exact words admitting that that is what He is claiming. The next big difference is that Islam believes that if you work hard to be good and follow God, you would be in paradise, when the Bible says that No one is good, and no one deserves heaven, but because of only Jesus did on the cross, we are able to be in heaven with Him, because of his grace and mercy, not by our works.

I am patriotic towards the US, but that doesn't mean that I blindly agree with everything that the country is doing. That is part of democracy that is kept in the United States for us to be able to do.

Play do you enjoy watching anime? If so what kinds of anime do you like watching. Do you ever get a chance to watch them anymore now that you stay busy alot? I am going to be becoming more busier so it will be hard for me to.

I don't think athiests should have any funerals its just odd to have pastors to do the whole thing . Why must the souless ones be buried next to true believers of god?

play4fun : What are you giving up for Lent, and do you take the six Sundays off of Lent? Or maybe you don't participate in Lent?

Well, I haven't answered these in a while, so I'll try to pull through these as quick as possible 

Bintsy : I don't really watch anime. I like to read non-fiction books, like reading about things that I want to learn, know more about or research. I do enjoy a good story or fantasy, but I don't really know where to start or where to look into. People should recommend me books to read. LOL

thelastrequim : I don't celebrate Lent.

Singelli : Students were trying to get into my class, but I can only get 10. It's fun to teach the students different techniques and then they have to come up with ideas themselves using those techniques. I don't necessarily think that I would have done things differently, I just wish that there is more time.
