I keep meaning to try to do better, but I just haven't had the time yet because I moved last weekend and all the stuff that goes along with it. Hopefully I will have time this weekend although It's gonna take some work to get closed to your score.

Jordanv78 : I'm uploading the video for it now. I got to the final boss, if I hadn't started to get really nervous I could've beat him and got an even higher score (he's very similar to the 1st boss and I can beat the 1st boss without dying). I just beat the game! Took me 4 attempts, which came out to be about 4 hours of my morning lol.


Jordanv78 : I actually have this game for my NES, I have an NES, 2 controllers, a nice video camera, it'd be neat if I recorded myself playing the real thing on the NES showing how someone would have used 2 controllers on an actual NES.

I beat the game myself. I find this version so much easier than the SNES version. Maybe because I don't have to worry about getting keys to unlock a Pleasure Dome. In the process of putting together my videos. I'll probably get it on Youtube either tomorrow or the day after.

Yeah see I just don't have the patience or time anymore to spend like 1.5 hours on one high score round. (Probably multiple tries spanning multiple hours)then if I die early or something the motivation to restart and re record is minimal.

Jordanv78 : Mine was faster than there's at around 1 hour and 7 minutes so in a speed run, I'd be first lol. I love doing speed runs, they're fun to participate in but with how busy this site keeps me, I don't usually get a chance to participate. Even though I'm in 3rd, I'm still proud of my run and it makes a good addition to my youtube page. I might edit all 4 of my speed run attempts and turn all the highlights into clips and merge them all into a highlight video because I had a lot of close calls.

Davideo7 : I'll give a pointer. You can get more points out of bosses if you don't use power-up weapons. I did some testing, and I found out you get no more points for shooting a boss with a single power-up weapon bullet than you do with a single normal bullet. Yet, the power-up weapons kill them faster. So you actually get less points killing them with power-ups than if you just use only your normal gun. Since the bosses in this version are 100X easier than in the SNES version, killing them with normal guns isn't too bad. The hardest would be the cobra bosses. Anyway, I have noticed at LEAST a 10K point difference with boss fights that way.
