Where is Bulbasaur ? Charmender ? Squirtle ? Is the starter in Red/Blue/Green, in Yellow, THE starter is normally Eevee before the flight of Blue.
For have the three starters, is easy...
1/Bulbasaur: Bulbasaur is in a house in Cerulean City, the girl will give you bulbasaur if your pikachu is happy.
2/Charmender: Charmender is in the north of Cerulean City, the boy give you the starter.
3/Squirtle: Squirtle is in Vermilion City, after you beat the leader of the gym, talk to a girl in next to the arena, she will give you Squirtle.

First is charmander and you have to find him at the route after nugget bridge a man gonna give him to you then bulbarsaur is in a bulding in cerulean city squirtle in vermillion city you have to beat lt. surge and you get him or at least thats how i remember it.
