going way old school on this one. and i have to give it up to red and blue for that, i had so many fond memories of red and blue. being lost in the caves, fighting through each and every trainer known, so many good memories u just got to give props to the first ever pokemon game that came out..

I have to say yellow it is a great game where you can get it.

Quite simple. Gen 4 had the best batch of pokemon yet, and Platinum is better than Diamond and Pearl. So Platinum.

crystal followed by yellow (im not just syaing that because they are leading in votes lol) actually every remake of the game for that console is usually the best (yellow emerad platinum crystal)
so i would say crystal,yellow, platinum, emerald dont get me wrong i LOVE emerald but when i compare it to the other versions they just pawn it so easily

yellow because you could get all the starter in the game instead of just one

The best Pokemon games to me are the Johto Region ones. I like all three of them gold version, silver, and crystal. Then its the Sihno games followed by the Kanto ones. Then the region i hate the most Hoenn. All those games are last

I think that pokemon Crystal was the funnest game i ever played. I dont know really what made it so fun, maybe just the concept of it being an advanced version of the pokemon silver and pokemon gold, which were already awesome games.

I'm going with the majority on this & voting for Crystal. You just can't top 16 Gyms.

I think heart gold might be the best pokemon game ever. I really think so.

well im a big fan of emerald and i would like to see another one but i dont know how the game ends im still on emerald which is great i would like to get me a armaldo i want one so bad but hey what can you do but try to find on if anyone knows where i can find one in the game just let me know my gt is sfvalors2k im also on xbox live with this gamertag but it is valors s2k.i play more then just emerald i just finished up pokemon yellow and pokemon red. i need to start on blue soon.i want to beat all the pokemon games but i would also like to get me a gameboy again so i can carry my pokemon with me everywhere i go cause i just cant get enough haha.i went to a thrift shop the other day and i found me a kool pokemon shirt with 150 pokemon on it.it could be more than that really and i also found me a cool dragonball z t-shirt with gokuon with also on the back it has this kool pic of him doing a kamehameha wave and its all black which is nice.so i think i might make a dragonball z poll next im gonna go check right now, if there is one up so i can post on that too well later.

The best would have to be heart gold even though I've only played it in Japanese so far, the elite four and champion are slightly harder than on the original games so it's more fun and enjoyable to play. I've already got a copy in english reserved in GAME. You should all get it

I really like all the Pokemon games. If I had to pick one I would have to go with Pokemon Yellow because I love Pikachu and I also like the older Pokemon games better.

the best poke'mon game , for me would be a tie between FireRed LeafGreen Gold and Silver and those are my choices hands down! take it or leave it !
