They then noticed somebody was missing. A check through the userlist confirms it - darthyoda had been banned during the Night. He was apparently still convulsing with electricity in the morning. It looks like he was the Member-sided More Questions, UserMike.

I personally find the latter more likely, since if he was a sheriff or something, he probably would have just said so to back up his claim. Mafia does this too, but since he didn't say anything as to his reasoning, he's either being reckless (which is dangerous for the town whether he himself is town or not) or he doesn't have any legitimate reasoning.
