Well I usually lift weights once or twice a week, but now I do sit-ups and push-ups every night before I take a shower and go to bed.

None, but I should since I have now have a small little gut. It will be easy to burn off though. I always burn off weight just from walking and eating more healthy for a month. I should keep that going for myself so I can have a healthier heart.

Right now I work out Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. And I do a lot of physical work on Thursdays, but I don't specifically go out of my way to say "This is working out time". That's actually part of my job. But I don't really like working out and pretty soon I'm going to pretty much just stop I think. I don't know.

I used to 6 days out of the week where I used to live since I had my weight benches there. Had to move, had to put the benches in storage with the majority of the weights... anyways I can hit the gym about 5 days out of the week normally now (which is not free anymore lol ).

I have an active lifestyle and things I do count as working out.  I play all manner of sports, I like running, I am on two different soccer teams.
I'd say I work out six to seven days a week.  I rarely sit in front of the tv, I don't care for movies either.  I'm up, I'm moving, and I'm highly active.  That's why I have my fancy 32 inch waist at 30 years of age.  And I have low body fat %, my BMI is up because I'm muscular but I don't worry about that.  No big deal.

I love working out.  I love feeling good and rewarding myself with action and endorphins.  I love looking good.  I'm in shape so I can talk to all the girls I want and they respond with smiles, jokes, and attention.  I can lift things, I can do a lot without getting tired, I sleep well, and I'm super healthy.

Pretty often.  If you count gym classes, I work out probably 6 times a week.  Well, I consider soccer practices and soccer games to be workouts!  Also gym.  I have a membership to the Y and the Exclusive Y, but I hate going to the gym with my family.  I'm not allowed to bring any friends, which kinda stinks.  I don't like going to the gym with family, because almost all of my family is more athletic than me.  Everyone besides my mom, which I'm more athletic by a ton.  My family is a running family, and I kinda lack in running, even though I play soccer.  (For example, my dad, brother and sister can run their miles at least within 6 minutes...  I've never gotten past the 7 minute mark)  I'm good though when it comes to leg weights, and pushing things...  I forgot what that machine is called...  Sure!   I'll just call it the leg pusher, but no one has a competition in their family to see who can push leg weights the most.  (and back stuff, I have a flexible, and strong back)  I may be the most flexible though.
Wow I've really gotten off topic.
I work out in soccer, which should count, because you're always running, tapping the ball, jumping, sprinting, you get the point.  Same thing with soccer games, except it's a lot harder, and you don't get as many breaks...  (I wish they game you more breaks in soccer, but then maybe some of the suspense would be taken out of it)  Gym classes probably shouldn't count as workouts, at my school, they think that gym will make you more fit, itself in the school year.  That doesn't really happen...  We have to run half a mile, do push ups, crunches, then do some sort of sport...  It varies, but some of them, like kickball aren't really sports.  (Sorry if I offended anyone about kickball not being a sport!)
I would like to help some friends become better runners this year, so we could go on fall jogs.  My dad runs a lot, so I can tell good stride from bad stride.  Plus I would need it if I want to be part of varsity soccer this year!  We have to run a lot, and we have to run two and a half miles with in 18 minutes?  Not too pumped for that, but whatever...

I work out every other day. I think this is the best for someone who wants to be in shape because a lot of people who work out a lot constantly forget that rest and recovery is just as big a part as the work out itself. If you are over training you are actually hurting yourself, and not getting in better shape.

Usually my workouts are pretty intense too, when I do strength training I usually do what most people know as 'circuit' training. With circuit training my strength workouts actually incorporate cardio also.

Then I often go running for a pure cardio workout, usually between 5 and 8 mile runs for a 'workout'.

When I do strength training I've developed 1 routine that I like a lot.

I go out to my garage where I have a bench press with a squatting rack on it and a curl bar. I load the bench press up with 155 lb then the squat bar up with 135 lb and the curl bar with around 50 or 60 lb. Then I lay down a nice mat so that I can do sit ups. Now that I have all the bars loaded with weights etc, I turn up the music loud then I write down how many circuits I will do (usually 4 or 5 circuits) Then spend as long as I can stretching and then I start with the bench, doing 10 reps of the 155 lb then without resting or anything move right into squats and do 10 reps on that then again no rest inbetween move right into 15 reps of the curl bar and then lastly 15 situps. That would consist of 1 circuit and it usually takes me about 4 minutes to do 1 circuit. I then rest for 1 minute and drink water and I time myself, I only am allowed 1 single minute in between circuits. I then do another circuit and repeat this 4 or 5 times. By the time I'm done I'm so exhausted I can barely strip the bars of the weights.

I enjoy this style of working out because it increases your strength in a much more functional manner instead of just trying to get raw strength. When you do circuit training you want to start with low weight (155 lb on bench actually isn't 'low' to most people but my bench is pretty good) because you will soon see how tired it will get you. After my first circuit I'm thinking that was nothing and this is a wussy workout then without resting and doing circuit #2 I quickly realize how this will be a big work out.

As quickly as I can after I workout I try to eat some protein ASAP to help my body re-build muscle. Their is this product called "muscle milk" I've recently started drinking after a work out, it contains something like 15 grams of protein in like a 16 oz bottle. Before that I used to always just eat a bunch of beef jerky after working out because I love the stuff and it is delicious, it is pretty high in sodium though. I also drink tons of milk which helps with getting plenty of protein. I've read in fitness magazines that getting your protein from a drink directly after working out can be best because your body digests the liquid quicker than a solid getting the much needed protein to your muscles the fastest.

The next day after that circuit I would rest up and then the next day after resting would be my day for 5-7 mile run then another day of rest then back to circuit training etc. I stay in very good shape just from doing this , but I do try to add in other work outs also since bench squat curl and sit up doesn't exactly cover all of the muscle groups.

After taking these new Advanced Health class, I suppose you can consider me to work out 5 days a week. Its not that intense, but hey, its something. Better than doing absolutely nothing.

I usually work out 6 days of the week.  I rest on Sundays.  I have recently been slowed though.  I think that training both the mind, body and spirit is essential for you to remain healthy.

I work 5 days out of a week, yeah i consider going to school as work because you go to school to do work and you get off of school at about 5 hours or so. To me thats just like a job.
