On the Notifications header I get a new notification about vizzedearned, so now have a long list of them that I can't delete. But now I get daily emails telling me of a new notification when I open it's just about vizzed. How can I have it that I only get notifications about post replies?

The only way you'll get notification replies is if someone either summons you to a thread, or if the thread is yours, you'll get a notification stating "you have new replies" (obviously.)

Otherwise, to receive notifications you have to "favorite threads." Simply click "add to favorites" to threads you like and/or want to see replies to (in which you'll get notifications.)

Yeah, you can't really stop getting Notifications. And you can't stop getting Daily Viz, either. It's just one of those things you learn to deal with.
