Hi, I need some help please.
I started to play Pokémon Leaf Green in Game Boy Advanced. Yesterday I tried to load my saved game but instead of pressing F4 I pressed F2 and I lost all my progress. I looked for a solution and it says that I can try to recover my saved game in the Save File Manager but when I open the Manager, it only shows text and the instructions. I'm using Fire fox so I would like to know how to recover my game.
I posted on a thread about my problem yesterday but I had no answer and I don't know if those saved files last long or if they get deleted so I made this thread. Thanks in advance.

Yes that could have been possible before the recent update. Before the recent update, the save files created with the RGR Plugin were stored on Vizzed server and were automatically backed up.

Since the update, save files created with the Plugin are saved locally on your PC, which means you'll have to back up the files yourself, which is simple to do. In other words if you haven't made a backup file, then the file was permanently overwritten.
